I do genuinely feel sorry for her. She has a normal adult brain, her body looks like a child. The complications and problems that would come for any man who dates her are just so astronomically complex and numerous that you really can't even blame anyone for avoiding it altogether. I mean seriously...there has to be some level of physical attraction for two people in a relationship if they hope to last at all. Physical attraction and physical intimacy are two extremely important things, and any relationship counselor/therapist is going to agree with that. Relationships simply do not survive without those things, and when they do, both people are usually miserable and depressed, and even resentful towards each other because of it. Now think, any man who is physical attracted to her, and who would want physical intimacy with her, is automatically going to be VERY suspicious. And for good reason. No one, no matter how open minded and understanding, would be able to refrain from making judgements against any guy who dates her. I mean, just imagine a guy, who you know to be a decent and honorable man of unquestionable character, says to you, "Man she is gorgeous..i really want to take her out.." You would probably never look at him the same again. You wouldn't be able to help it either. Because as adults we know that it isn't normal, or morally right, to be attracted to the physical attributes of a child. Its an extremely unfortunate and sad situation where no decent man is going to want to date her, and any man who does date her is almost certainly not going to be "decent". Its absolutely heartbreaking that this is her predicament. She most likely will be a lonely woman without a partner to fulfill any needs of romance and intimacy. Its just so sad...

I feel for her in a sense (from what we're seeing from TLC). She's an adult woman who is clearly mentally and emotionally stunted to a 15 year old child. My brother had a brain tumor which caused the same type of condition. At seventeen, he graduated high school at less then four feet tall and looked like he was 9 or 10...To this day, his psychological growth is way below his actual age, which is 38! He is the best Uncle to my six kids though!!! He can play children's games for hours on end like a child would and then spend an hour having an adult conversation... It's weird to a lot of people that meet him because he is on lots of medication that makes him grow and he didn't hit puberty until he was 33 and that was only due to the medication. He now looks like an awkward 6 foot tall 14 year old! He is stuck in that strange growth stage where he is kind of goofy and unkempt. He has never had a girlfriend, not even one date! I'm thankful that he is not a girl because he would be the target of a lot of predatory behavior. I think if this girl acted more mature she could become attractive to someone but as she is I think I would feel guilty trying to even think of her as a potential partner straight from the get go...
