Chapter 2: Dead City
After falling inside the city, the cat damages its paw and cannot walk for a while. After some time, B-12 opens the door from Inside the Wall to the Dead City, and the cat wakes up and goes there.
In a long-abandoned city where Humans and Companions used to live, he follows the flashes of signs that B-12 tells him the way on. In one of the alleys of a Dead City, a cat finds a half-dead Companion eaten by Zurks. At the exit of the alley, he meets even more Zurks that chase him through the streets of the city.
When the cat runs away from them, B-12, with the help of screens and signage, tells the cat the way to his apartment through roofs, construction sites, abandoned apartments and balconies. Finally, having overcome all obstacles, the cat gets there and Chapter 3: The Flat starts.
