When Stray Kids debuted people didn't like their music because it wasn't typical K-pop or "too loud" and now that people are slowly starting to understand them they said "nah let's change it up again and make an extreme K-pop love song" 😂 you never know what they're going to do and I love it. Love your reaction to Stray Kids. I had to smile, Chani isn't holding an F at that point it it actually turned around in reverse(backwards) and it's part of the Hangul (Korean) character 'ki-euk' and often used in chat or other written forms to relay laughter. Or as relaying the sound a snicker KiKiKiKi, something like hehehehe.

Okay, as a stay I want to see if I can help you understand the context behind Case 143 better. Case 143 is a love song, specifically to stay. Bang Chan said they are exploring one of the phases of love: the moment you realize you're in love and you don't know what to do and you're going crazy 'cause you're having all these thoughts. As a result, some part of you wants to embrace this feeling - hint SKZ scenes in the brighter outfits. The other part of you could probably be skeptical, "What am I doing? I must put an end to this" - hint SKZ scenes as police officers. As police officers, they are trying to find the culprit (the big pink heart that walks around throughout the music video). However, when I.N. (our blonde maknae) shoots the heart, it's him. Meaning that there is no culprit or simply - there are no external factors complicating "love" but that he is the one making things complicating for himself. Which leads us to the last part of the song = Bang Chan says, "I'm gonna let you know, that I'm just gonna go. And hold you so I'm never letting go!" They finally realize that these feelings are all natural and are finally willing to succumb to their emotions and give it their all going forward. So yeah, I hope you took the time to read this Anthony. Stay, if I'm missing anything feel free to let me know. Also! Some people like to believe that they can fit Stray Kids type of music in a box which I understand - you kinda can. BUT, that's not the point! The point is, SKZ are experimental with their music and they felt the need to take the risk of pursuing a love song in a colourful, fun and crazy kind of way. I love it! Think of it like this, SKZ are a restaurant, they've had slightly similar comebacks on their menu and decided to switch it up by adding something unexpected to their menu. Of course their loyal customers (stay) would enjoy everything and anything but others would be unsure to try it out at first. However, you'll slowly begin to enjoy it - eventually being grateful for the change. Yep, so that's my essay. Thank you to those who read the whole thing. Super Duper Thankful and #StreamMAXIDENT!

The song describes the beginning of falling in love, the heart falls in love again but the mind tries to stop it, because it was hurt the previous time. At the end of the mv (Changbin part ) the mind and heart unite to accept falling in love again. 💖🤗 hopefully this was helpful.

So I watched the video of them making the MV and omg I can't.. when lee know jumped down from the screen he was jumping down from a high stage type thing and had to time his dance just right and his position to be lined up with the pre recording of the others dancing and he didn't get to see a screen to make sure he timed it or placed himself right and on the second try he got it. When Chan sais "A, B C, D..." did you notice that the "H" is missing? Its because this also relates to them trying to find their true hearts, they are faiting with themselves to avoid feeling love but the emotions are too powerful and they end up winning the fight vs Skz police cups which are trying to control those emotions. They are trying to depict the different emotions you feel when you fall in love. Basically love is not all bubblegum candy 🍭 and rainbows 🌈 . You have the rough parts to balance things out. There was an accident which is them getting “infected” with love by the hearts like it shows in the beginning with felix, and he throws some of the love to the chicken which makes it act irrationally, as well as for them which is why they’re asking why they’re acting and feeling that way. They report the incident to the police which is them as well💀, and they’re just trying to catch them and solve the case (143) the whole time but i guess their good love side wins. That’s the best explaining i can do but ik other people have done some too!

So my take on the MV is you have the colorful Skz who gets "possessed" by the little heart monsters, or "love" if you will. The cops are trying to "solve the case" of love and basically trying to stop it like denying the emotions. They are trying to find a way to stop the love they finally "unplug" it only to find that everything is going haywire without the love or the emotion so they rewind and plug it back in and once they do that they embrace the emotion at the end basically and instead of everything going haywire, because they accepted the emotion everything is better. That's what I got from it. Also there are SOOOOOO many references from the movie "The Shining" as well. LIKE A LOT! Bang Chan said they have never done a love concept so they wanted to do it in a way that only Stray Kids could do it, and they certainly succeeded.
