i am a dancer and our dance teacher/trainer always says that heavy clothing during practice helps you improve your stamina and also prepares you(or makes you ready for what to expect) for the real performance. you kinda adjust to it with time and so the heat doesnt bother that much anymore + the air con is ALWAYS ON.

I remember Leeknow said once that wearing heavy clothes during practice can grow ur body strength. Plus familiarize themselves with the costume clothes they wear during the music show/tour cuz those are so heavy. And i bet the practice room is high on air-condition.

I know when I was in rehearsals, we would often wear "rehearsal clothes" that were approximations of what we would be wearing during the show itself. Not always the best or most comfortable clothing to practice in, but it gave us a sense of how we should be prepared for the clothes to move (or not move) when we performed and helped us adapt faster when we did wear our costumes for the first time. I often see the outfits they wear for shows more like costumes than clothing, so it would make sense they would rehearse in gear that was similar to show clothes. I don't know if that is their mindset, but I imagine it could be a factor.

Ah, I can understand that's it weird for you that they wear so much clothing, but as others have said, the stage clothes they have won't be as breathable and/or light. So they do this to be prepared. However, I've seen Han do workouts in the gym in jeans as well, that's just straight up weird to me hahaha. So I'd say they do tend have questionable clothing choices for workouts HAHA. Yeah, I loved how you get to see how they perfect the performance as the stage version. Really interesting process to see! Loved both the relay and the suit version as well, thank you so much for sharing your reaction!

They wear heavier clothes bc it actually helps with building up endurance, it’s like when you do heat conditioning for cross country runners since we run in pretty hot conditions usually. Also it helps them get ready for the heavier and less breathable clothes they wear on stage

I don't know how I missed this reaction! This video was so much fun, especially all of Lee Know's dramatics haha.. his "stretching" at 5:18 made me laugh loudly enough that my husband had to come see what I was laughing about (he is also a STAY). I love this updated version of their "Intro" series, and hope it continues on. I was so excited this morning to not only get the MV for DLC, but the Intro: Recording process as well!

You‘re right, I’m questioning some of their outfits in the dance practices too xD In the relay dance at the part before the dance break I was so confused if this is really a part of the choreography or if Seungmin and I.n just wanted to do something crazy 😭😂 But I just love the choreo Enjoyed this reaction :))

I have been using the same frames style on my glasses for the last 2 or 3 years and I was just thinking that maybe I should try to change it up but then I saw the suit version of the dance practice and Seungmin is wearing the exact same style I use and I was like, okay maybe this was a sign to not change it, cause he looks so handsome with it that means it should still look good on me, right? hahahha and then you mentioned how much you liked them and that just confirms it, I'm keeping these lol
