이래서 내가 14년째 jyp네이션에서 못빠져나옴… 일단 회사대표가 저런 마인드를 가지고있는게 너무좋고, 이걸 연습생때부터 계속 아티스트들에게 강조하고 언급하고 가르치기때문에 jyp 아티스트들은 전부 완벽할수는없지만 기본적으로 팀 멤버들 자체가 굉장히 성실하고 겸손함…. 특히 그 연예인병(?) 같은게 인기를 얻고 연차가지나도 전혀 느껴지지않아서 너무 좋음.. 진짜 평생 제왑하겠습니다ㅠㅠㅜㅜ

He's basically teaching them how to act & speak appropriately as idol since it's important to take care of their image in public and reputation among other celebrities / idols. Especially if they want to be in the industry for a long time. It seems simple if you're already am a good person. But celebrities have to be extra nice and humble to everyone compared to normal people.

As much as we all want Minho back, please respect JYP! Guys this moment was recorded on the same day as Stray Kids asking fans to help them to choose their greeting motto on Vlive and we know very well that Minho WAS there, introducing himself as Stray Kids member. You can see the proof from their clothes--they wore the exact same thing in both videos. But here we can only see 8 members because this moment was meant (and already planned, I guess) to be shown after episode 4. All of these are media play only to make fans more in love and want to protect them more (because tragedy and sadness that brought tears are the best feeling to make us loyal and linger around something longer, aren't they?) I believe they will bring Minho back, just to add some drama so the news about Stray Kids will spread everywhere and eventually make people know about SK, fortunately make them join the fandom to support them. You can see it like Sixteen and other survival show strategy - idols who go through some survival show tends to be more popular these days, including Twice and its big success after Sixteen. JYP has known as weaker if it comes to boygroup (not as powerful if it compare to others) so they need strategy to promote their boygroup, especially in their beginning like this survival show. Here they have a group full of potentials. Great rap, great dance like JYP groups always have, good vocals (can be developed in the future), and awesome producers and lyricists. JYPe wants to promote them like this so SK gets what they deserves in the future just like Twice. Let's keep support them and not let our guard down. Still spread #BringMinhoBack just to let Minho, SK, JYPe, and Mnet know that we love him and we miss him. :) Let's behave well and promote the boys well!

Honesty, 2. Sincerity, 3. Humbleness is the basic requirement as JYP artist but there other requirement to not being eliminated, eliminated is not the end but a test for both minho and the other ot8 , whether they still able to act professional not being affected and give a good performance and whether minho after being eliminated , he continue to strive hard or give up. A good recent example will be jackson, when jackson knew his grandpa had passed away , he continued to act professionally to give the best stage in the latest CM. A good artist group not only needed to has good skill but also good mentally that able to act professionally on the stage and and member never give up when they fail and leader that able to manage any incident occur in the team.

Daniel's Peach thank you! Like what he was teaching to the straykids--- i think that we should accept it also his decision as their mentor or adviser--i mean JYP. His decisions are not baseless since theyve got an evaluation. Some may not understand his point because we have our own biases.
