*Astronaut* is a song that cause SO MANY CONFUSIONS. First of all, I told you that Chan told us that I.N has a special role. He is like a prophet and knows everything. 19:49 you can see I.N spinning the wheel they are sitting on and next moment they are all gone, leaving only him behind. You can also see at the end of song that I.N was the only one left behind. While hyunjin is strolling around and finds their "copies", I.N is indeed the only one looking back at him. Also, it was around that time, when they were inside this kind of the "cell" when I.N realised for the first time what is happening and witnesses his double for the first time (I think this is only visible in album trailer). So when you see everyone just standing inside like statues while I.N is dancing inside and then looking back at Hyunjin, it's because at that point I.N knew. (he only moved after hyunjin wasn't looking though) 20:28 is the same Felix scene as the start of Miroh when he starts singing. He is moving the same and the glitching is exactly the same, which is a big call-back to Miroh. Now if you remember, another I.N in Miroh video was talking to someone through walkie-talkie, he was most probably speaking to Chan in Astronauts who then leads everyone through a door. Also 17:40 is a scene where only I.N and Chan are on the spinning thing showing they probably work together. 21:58 while everyone is all chearful, I.N is the only one that barely moves, signifying he probably knows something (another theories were that it is another copy of I.N, since the original one does get left behind as shown in the video - this leads to theories in Oddinary album lol) Anyway this confused many people and many fans were panicking that original I.N got left behind in this part of story. Also Felix is the one holding the compass the whole story and looking for the way and the first to openly lead the protest (Miroh, I am not), so it makes sense he got to the open door first. But it was Chan who needs to lead them all through it. Double Knot kinda speaks for itself, I think you nailed all the parts. (gonna comment on Levanter later, need to go to work ) edit: Levanter explanation comment posted somewhwere here lol

I.N has been said to be the original glitch. Back in the first trailer for District 9 & I Am Not, you see I.N see himself at a bus stop & get off the bus. He was probably replaced then. Thus the glitches that follow them throughout the story line. Chan was the first to use the compass, but after Side Effects he passed it to Felix. Chan is in charge of all the keys. Any time they use a key, no matter who finds it, it's always Chan that uses it. Felix has now become the navigator, even when the compass broke in Double Knot. Seungmin is the chronicler. He is always seen writing/drawing/taking pictures. Even from District 9 & the trailers from there, Seungmin has been in charge of that. He maps the routs, takes photos at all times, and records stuff in notebooks. Hyunjin has always been the one to question things & be more cautious. From the very beginning he is constantly looking around, even when the others are focused on something, he looks away after a few seconds. In Astronaut Hyunjin is the one to notice that something is wrong & go looking for it. Yes, we saw Chan glitch to the building before, but he was still at the merry-go-round with the others when Hyunjin noticed the speaker. While he could hear Chan through it, he also saw Chan behind him with the rest. So he went looking. And while he did, he saw himself & the other clones having fun behind him as he went. He also encountered several things from the past. The maze blocks from Miroh, the convoy truck from Side Effects, the makeshift lighting & doors from I Am You, and the fences from District 9. He saw more clones that were frozen....But I also think he saw the original I.N...But I.N couldn't move & never managed to move till after Hyunjin heard Chan again & left. Levanter is a whole other thing. And it leads into Gods Menu, so it kinda needs a bit more space to talk about. Personally, I think Astronaut connects to TOP. This version of them went to space. And we all know what happened with that. And I think it was the versions of Stray Kids that Hyunjin left that went to space. Because it was Felix that opened that door, but it was not the one that Chan & Hyunjin had been in front of.

The broken compass or "compass without direction" is represented in their light stick, the Nachimbong. When you shake the light stick the broken compass spins in random directions and it means "No matter what the direction, I will find my dream, believe, and walk Going.” Predebut 3racha also made a song called broken compass so this theme is very rooted in their beginnings. Levanter was the end of the Cle era so the MV was filled with choreo and imagery from past mvs. The burning of Hellavator and Side Effects ticket, Mirror and Side Effects choreo and many more... there are lot of videos of Levanter breakdowns on YT that do a good job breaking it down. You are now entering the GO LIVE era where everything changes. It all makes sense why they were saying goodbye to their younger selves. From GO LIVE their music really changes, evolves and it's so wonderful to see the transformation, more confident and polished. They just keep getting better. Love your reactions, always.

As a Stay I always saw Levanter as a message to us, like we are 8 now and it’s gonna be okay, cause the person holding us behind is gone. Although was hard for the boys, after Levanter they started to be more themselves, their songs looked more like de SKZ we know and love today. There’s a shift after Levanter

Levantar is one of my all time favorite SKZ songs. It always gives me chills or makes me tear up every time I hear it. The English version is stunning as well! I usually love the original version of the songs because they get stuck in my head that way and feel strange listening to them in a different language. As for *Levanter storyline in their skzverse* ... You should definitely react to dance practice, that *choreo* is full of references to all previous songs. Big part is the tunnel reference, mirror reference and Side Effects reference. As you noticed the *pair choreo* of Felix and Hyunjin in Levanter, they actually do the same exact choreo in Side Effects, the only difference is that in Side Effects it ends with Hyunjin grabbing and tilting Felix's head, while in Levanter it ends with Hyunjin kneeling in front of Felix and Felix going to comfort him. Another thing that is not as noticeable is Seungmin's solo choreo during Levanter chorus. In the frist chorus where Seungmin sings "I wanna be myself", he is actually the only one dancing. In the second chorus as he sings that part again, everyone else is dancing and he is the only one that does not do the same (truly representing the "I wanna be myself") Now, remember how in Side Effects the other skz got onto bus? They actually had that *ticket* shown in Levanter, getting the "free ride" on the chosen path for them. In Levanter our current skz (Seungmin, Chan and Han) find that ticket in a broken elevator (Hellevator). Our current skz group decides to go their own path however, after going through Side Effects and Double Knot, so they instead *burn the ticket* (which also sets the elevator on fire. Meaning they burn the free ticket and elevator given to them by others.) Another thing is the world all around them being *destroyed* and breaking down which symbolizes the maze around them finally breaking down (You remember how in Astronaut Hyunjin broke the maze boxes). Another thing is Changbin holding that *pyramid-like sphere* , this is actually a reference to a book called The Alchemist (Levanter is also mentioned in the book) where a boy dreams of reaching a pyramid to find a treasure only to realise that there is no actual treasure and that the treasure was the path itself and he eventually returns back to his beginning. We see that pyramid being shown on elevator display and also we see Changbin holding it in his hand before he let's go. Later on the shining pyramid on the horizon then wanishes (showing that they gave up fake "treasure" but instead chose to treasure their path itself). Now in previous MVs, we see Stray Kids desperately looking for their own *key* , to the path they want to take. In the official English lyrics of Levanter, there is a a line: "The key was inside of me all along" - this is where they know they are the actual key and decide to open their own door and step through them. You can see them leaving the *purple field* (which is the field they reached first using Hellevator) and going for actual world. This makes the *two moons merge* and reality is back to normal finally. Now, maybe you didn't notice this as you didn't mention it, but *glitching is gone!!!* Yea, the glitch ends with Levanter. Levanter ends big part of the storyline. Now lastly let's get to I.N. In the video you can see I.N standing across Changbin as the ground cracks and Changbin let's go of the pyramid. We can also again see more I.Ns (one being hurt on his face, another isn't). It seems like I.N is struggling and partly doesn't wish to leave the maze (in Astronaut I.N is also left staying behind alone). But then he sings "I have to let go, I know it's time" and that is when we decides to leave with others (important thing is to note that when crossing throgh that door he is now unhurt, but wearing the same clothes as his hurt self, meaning he accepted his other self and they probably merged into one person now as he goes into the real world) I hope I made this easily understood lol 😀

I could never)) fun fact: there is a predebut 3racha song "double knot", which sounds completely different, but SKZ "double knot" lyrics refers some 3racha predebut songs including "double knot" and "broken compass". By the way, they have modified predebut "broken compass" to git the whole group and it is one of the mixtapes on the "yellow wood" album. broken compass is also what represents SKZ lightstick. "one way ticket to new world" which you have noticed in the "levanter" has already appeared - if I remember correctly SKZ got it from the bus driver when entering the bus in "side effects" (you only see this scene in one of the trailers, but not in the MV itself). Chan apparently uses the walkie-talkie in "astronaut" to talk to I.N in "miroh". there is a theory that SKZ accidentally left real I.N behind in "astronaut" and the copy one went with them further. you have seen "christmas evel", right? there is a scene when I.N uses his ID card and the security system gets activated - probably because he is a fake I.N. Also in the "levanter" trailer SKZ walk in the street and suddenly a loud noise bursts out and all SKZ members close their ears because the sound is so awful - all SKZ members except for I.N. Oh, and by the way, if we are talking about the copies - in the trailer for their debut album "I am not" I.N was riding a bus and has seen his own copy sitting at the bus stop :) colliding moons which turn into a sun start the trailer of "god's menu"! And the last fun fact which I am not sure how to interpret. in the "I am not" album trailer everybody was wearing white outfits to show that they were brainwashed to be the same, to think the same etc. we also see it in the beginning of "district 9", but then SKZ members run away and change their clothes. In "astronaut" they appear all in white again... and later in "back door" a crowd of people dancing along with SKZ, which represents SKZ fans, are all dressed in white :)

At the beginning of Astronaut they are turning on the same wheel as at the end of I Am You, which is kind of the last time they were really happy. Then Chan radios Hyunjin to guide him back through the Miroh (you can see the maze on the boxes and Felix glitches the same as he did at the beginning of Miroh while Binnie poses like in I Am You) and then he sees the Side Effects bus, which brings him back to the present. Hyunjin was the main character in Side Effects where he was unwell. Maybe he wanted to escape into happier memories but at the end of Side Effects they brought him back. So this might be a visual representation of that or maybe at that time he was taken by the fakes so the other members went looking for him. Too bad they left the real I.N behind though...😅

Yeah I think it was here in Astronaut that I.N got replaced. Like him at the end in the cute blue sweater is the 'real' I.N and then earlier in the song you saw them like all glitching into each other and wearing white, you'll notice that everyone is dancing except I.N who is simply walking. Showing that he's different from the others and not the I.N they know (edit) and don't worry, Astronaut hurts my head too😂 (I do think something is up with Hyunjn though too in the storyline. I remember there was a moment in Miroh were they were all up on the podium I think? Everyone was frozen but Hyunjin who was looking around like he noticed something was up)

Arrow keys can move back and forth to a set time (may be able to update that time in the settings, mine is set to 5 secs). The greater than and less than signs on your keyboard go back and forth frame by frame - so if you stop it and it's JUST missed what you were hoping to stop it on, the < > signs can get there a lot easier.

I was totally expecting Bri to cry at Levanter,i mean same 😭 I mainly listen to Double Knot and Levanter in english but the whole MV of Levanter is so beautiful ✨️ Also did you see how in the others it said 'Owners of the clé' while in Levanter it said 'Step out of clé' I think the elevator represents where they came from,since Hellevator was their song before debut and also their ticket and elevator burned down,while the door represents the future,their own path (?). Also i think Bangchan is the one holding the door,as the leader + he's the one who chose the members. There are a lot of theories and I'm not an expert so 😅

So the glitching stray Kids are the clones. I feel like our Hyunjin could see them due to the connection with Evil Hyunjin (though that's my own theory). I.N in the cage looked at Jinnie because he recognized him. The two I.Ns were switched. Keep an eye on how I.N acts in certain mvs.

Talk about a rollercoaster of songs! Double Knot is one of those songs I'll listen to on my walk to work to hype me up and get me ready for my day. It has never failed me! I've stopped trying to understand their storyline, LOL. Bless you for trying! There's a Prequel video they released leading up to the release of God's Menu/GO Live that does a great job of summarizing the storyline through Levanter. Woojin left the group right after Double Knot was released and they were forced to delay their comeback so they could re-record (supposedly he was part of the Astronaut filming but if so, they did an amazing job of editing around him in the Making Of video). There was so much uncertainty around their future when Levanter dropped. They just didn't know if Stays would still support them. It was such an emotional time for them, made even more so when they unexpectedly received a music show win for Levanter. They performed a concert as OT8 for the first time at the end of December (only two months after Woojin left) and all of them got so emotional -overwhelmed with love from Stays. It's a really dark time in their history but I think this only strengthened their bond as 8 and strengthened their relationship with Stay. Levanter really was closing one chapter of their story. Their next comeback was God's Menu and well, we know what that did for them and their careers! Levanter is also the first time people reaaaaally noticed Lee Know and his vocals. Obviously, he sings beautifully on so many other tracks, but this was the first time his falsettos were featured and it blew everyone away. When Woojin left, a lot of people thought there was a huge vocal hole in skz. However, Seungmin, Jeongin, and Minho stepped in and demonstrated their vocal line was still as powerful as ever. Maybe even more so? Because the three knew they had shoes to fill and all three worked super hard on their vocals. I'm just so proud of them and the work they put in to demonstrate to everyone they were just as strong with 8 as they were with 9. I know a lot of people have mixed feelings with Woojin and I won't get into that at all. I'm grateful for everything he's done for the group, but I'm just so massively proud of the guys and how hard they worked to get past his leaving. 8 is Fate!

A little detail that I was reminded of when you noticed that in was the only one to move in astronaut is that in the very beginning of gods menu before changbins first verse he’s also the only one that moved but it goes so fast its easy to miss

"Beam me up, Channie." haha 😂 I especially love Levanter. The vocals are so beautiful with powerful elements. They did an English version, which I highly recommend. The lyrics are slightly different, but they tell the same deep thought-provoking message. They also have an English version of Double Knot with a performance video.

Hiii again ❤️ ! I think that this comment will be one of my longest comment because Clé levanter is literally the most important of the whole story line in my opinion ! Astronaut and Top (I'll have to talk about this later) are for me the most important MVs and you just proved my point ! For once the way I organise my comment will be different, I'll start like always the songs and then I'll make an entire part for the story line because there's so much to say and some things are linked between the MVs ! Oh and before to talk a little bit about the album ! I just wanted to say that in all of skz albums I have (so every albums beside I am not, Noeasy and Christmas evel) this one has my favorite photobook ! And I'm sure that no other albums will be able to top it ! The pictures are so clear and beautiful ! Double knot ! I don't listen to this song that much but when I do I'm so hyped like I love it so much ! So it was the last MV with Woojin. Woojin left days before Clé levanter come back so they had to redo everything but they had already filmed Double knot so they didn't. Your prononciation of the word Clé was quite good ! As always a comment of me without the point about choreography would be weird ! 😂😂 You'll have the right to have two point choreos today ! But first Double knot ! This choreo is really intense with big movements. That's why in the chorus it's Hyunjin, Minho and Chan that are centers, they have either a "bigger" body (I don't know how to say it) or know how to make their body seem bigger ! The dance break is definetly one of my favorite and Han owns it ! Like if you ever see a fancam of Han during the dance break, it's something else ! Oh and fun fact if you didn't know an album called Step out of Clé was released with the english versions of Double knot and Levanter ! Astronaut I have to start by asking why did you do Astronaut before Levanter ????? Like I was so weirded out ! In the order of the album the songs are going : stop, double knot, levanter, booster, astronaut,... And like I never saw anyone reacting in this order it felt so weird ! I don't have much to say about this song since I was mainly thinking about the story line when I noted some things down. But I have to say that Astronaut is my favorite song of this album and I love it very much ! Levanter ! One of the least listened title track of stray kids with I am you. I love this song but I have to say that it's not that high in my favs title track scale. Again point choreo ! The part that looked like Side effects, it was intended in fact Hyunjin suggested this part because it would be good for the story line ! Also the dance break part ! A little Felix solo then danceracha center it's so good ! But also all the duo part like Hyunjin against Changbin and Lee know and Changbin are so interesting ! It's definetly one of their choreography that requires the most to be in group like Get cool does too ! You finally heard THE falsetto of Lee know ! That's why this man is called falsetto king what can I say ? Story line ! I have to thank you once again ! You always notice things I don't and today even more so it made me understand so many things ! And now I can try and explain them ! Like the drones, I saw them but never connected the dots or even the tunnel of My pace ! Okay first you mentionned the cuts. They actually have cuts in MANY of their MVs, especially their japanese MVs. Second the compass ! It's a symbol of their story line and I even heard some people call their story line Broken compass. And I don't know if you saw but in Double knot there was a Broken compass. And even worse they have a song called Broken compass (mixtape #4). Also you saw the vehicule of Side effects, I have no idea why it's here so i can't explain but I'm sure that it's important. I really laughed about something with the way you interpreted some things that happen. You were always like Chan is helping them or Chan is kind toward them but what if he is not ? In almost all of the theory I read he is not a kind person here. Like the moment Innie is looking back, he seems to have some doubts but Chan stops him as if he doesn't want him to think to much. Because if you don't know Innie knows everything, his power is like to be omniscient so he knows many things so he is not a bad person. Or even you were asking who's Chan talking to ? He was talking to Hyunjin, he guided him to the door but there were some weird things don't you think ? Like Chan glitching for example. He was not the only one glitching, Felix and Hyunjin too. Then you had this weird kind of exposition were 3 of them didn't move and you had Innie. From what I understood (I might be wrong tho) Hyunjin and Innie were the only original one present in this MV the others were doppelgangers, maybe not kind ones. But they left the original Innie back in the other world ? Like what you saw at the end. It seems like it was a trap to like kidnap the real Hyunjin, I don't know. And at the end of Astronaut the moment they are jumping, there are only 6 of them I checked 3 times. So now a little bit about Hellevator and the keys ! So you saw the Hellevator and they actually used the hellevator to travel between universes. Same thing with the key. But both of this things are connected to the system so in levanter they decided that they didn't want any more linked and burn the hellevator and left the keys behind. They want to break away from the influence of the system. Fun thing with Oddinary and Maxident they are actually coming back to mock the system. The two moons that collides for me is like a new universe being created and you see it in Go live trailer. Okay that was all for the story line ir's many things hard to understand and even hard to explain for me but I hope you at least understood a little bit ! And also I was wondering will your next reaction be about Go live or Top ? Top the album and the single was released before Go live. In the album you have 3 versions of Top and Slump. You also have 2 different MVs of Top. So I was wondering which one you'll do first because Top is not that often considered as an album (same as step out of Clé actually).

Hello 🥰! I want to buy all of the albums asap... we were actually looking at grabbing a couple at a kpop store last weekend but they get so expensive so fast 🥲! We'll just have to collect them a few at a time! I want to see the photobooks so badly!!!! Double Knot I feel like this is going to be me. From what we've been told I feel like they add a whole new level to these songs 😭. Lee Know being called the falsetto king is such a deserving title. His voice was SO gorgeous in this! There are 2 MVs for Top? I do see Japanese version MVs of both of these songs! I might have to look into it and see more.

Tori, if you own a windows computer/laptop: it's the ""-keys that makes you go back and forth frame by frame (without using shift). Unfortunately I don't know for macbooks, I believe it's a similar key? I can't say that I'm into the storyline too much, so I'm going to skip that, because my brain is too much mush and hormones (yay period). One thing I do know; the white hoodies in Astronaut is a call back to District 9 and a prequel to Back Door. They were wearing white hoodies as a sign of oppression (District 9) and then they broke out, now they pridely wear them as a sign of freedom (Astronaut) and will share that freedom with others (Back Door). I liked your reaction and dedication to find all the clues haha. I have to be honest though, I've recently seen the trailer for Clé 2: Yellow Wood and it had some important scenes (that were not shown in Side Effects MV) to fully understand the storyline. So yeah, I don't think you can find every clue if you don't watch the trailers 😅 Curious what you'll react to next! Are you going to include all the "MVs" (mostly streetversions/selfmade) of mixtapes one through five? Those were all hidden tracks (only available on the physical copy) on the complete I am series and Clé 1 and Clé: Levanter. After their 1st tour at NY as OT9, they make it again under title (Mixtape 4 Street VER.MV) ...but they recreate it again as OT8 for album SKZ2021.. So they hv 3 version of Broken Compass Song.
