I actually enjoyed your group reaction. differing opinions make the reaction very interesting. One of the joys of being a Stray Kids fan (Stay) is that this group has a wide cross section of songs. -(By the way, all but their Japanese M/V's have subtitles in different languages including English)-. So if one doesn't hit a chord with the listener, another will. They are a genre onto themselves. (Note: Stay are very understanding of any opinion, no worries). Their discography is huge for a group which has only been together 7+ years (pre-debut and post-debut). The music goes from EDM to Rock to R&B to Hip Hop and often the lyrics cover issues of emotional struggles and mental health issues (something which is rarely touched on in Kpop music). Take a listen to the song '5-Star, keeping in mind that it is a sort nod to many of their different styles of music. And if you enjoy the softer side of songs, they have tons in ballad format. Their core producing team 3racha (-pronounced 3 ra cha, like the hot sauce --leader BangChan or Christopher, our fearless leader, is the writer most of the beats, along with Changbin and Han Jisung -who are all genus lyricists) has primary control over their music which is very rare in the K-pop industry and they have had to fight their way through heavy resistance to their song's style choices (you'll sometimes see visual references to these criticisms. Producing (frequently working with other producers) and writing, their own music but all of the members have also written and produced songs as well. If you start at the beginning, there's a pre-debut album "Mixed Tape" with some of the songs which foreshadow their hopes and struggles. I'd suggest listening to their pre-debut 'Hellavator' M/V and the official Debut song 'District ' M/V. My fellow Stay will no doubt suggest a ton of other songs. I Hope that you'll enjoy the process of discovering Stray Kids. You won't regret it.

This was a very interesting combined reactions & I am not sure if this is a shared channel or not. As STAY (Stray Kids fandom name) completely understand that not ALL of Stray Kids music is for EVERYONE. Which is why it's very important that reactors be real with us, yet "kind" to the artists. SKZ are an insanely experimental artists & can delve into mature subjects at times (mental health, etc.). This means that they require "listeners" who are eclectic (open minded as far as music is concerned) & who understand that music is subjective, & always worthy of respect. I am curious,.. Alex Salika that if you heard Megaverse before & just wanted to give it another chance and 'then' decided that it wasn't for you... okay... you should have let your co-reactors know & maybe given viewers a "reason" why you "can only listen one time and that it".. rather than offering an "opinion which IS Not FACTS". Stay love a challenge to help others appreciate SKZ & will offer many other types of song suggestions if asked (I know others might but I will not be one of them at this time). DP and Slick Vic (even though you paused right before the 1st drop hmm), please ask if interested.
