Fun fact: Even though the base of the song (the melody and such) of the mixtapes are based on 3racha songs, for the SKZ versions of of these mixtapes, the rest of the members added lyrics on the other parts of the song for these mixtapes. In other words, the rest of the members were much more involved in helping with the lyrics and such for the mixtapes (at least many of the mixtapes??) than for most of the rest of SKZ's songs.

Yeah...all of the Mixtapes (#1 through #5) are basically remakes of 3racha songs made to fit all the members. So mixtape #1 is a remix of 3racha's - Placebo, mixtape #2 = 3racha's - where there's a shadow...there's a light, mixtape #3 = 3racha's - For You, mixtape #4 = 3racha's - Broken Compass, and the latest one mixtape #5 is remake of 3racha's - Hoodie Season. 🤙🏽

One thing that I'm really glad happen in Stray Kids is the fact that we can hear their real story through their music because they're one of very few groups who gets creative freedom from their company to write, arrange, and produce their own music. Even the whole concept of 'I am' and 'Clé' series are really well planned by 3Racha and skz maybe even before their debut. Even 'Easy' was actually finished by early 2019, took 1,5 years to be officially included in their full album track while 'God's Menu' just finished and decided to be their title track 1 month before its official release replacing the original supposed-to-be title track which had already been recorded by all members. Through that facts only, we can all see that stray kids and 3Racha have enough support from jype, and I hope it remain the same in the future.

Not at me having never read the lyrics to mixtape 1 and not knowing what it was about and now crying cause uh those are genuinely some of the best lyrics I've ever read. Mixtape 2 has always been one of my favorite songs. Not just Stray Kids, but music in general. If I thought I was crying at mixtape 1 I'm sobbing now lmaooo (laugh the pain away). They've sang it at a handful of fansigns and it's my favorite thing in the entire world. Mixtape 3 gives the best energy when I'm tired or frustrated. That "blessings wait for you" bit has popped up in my mind during bad days many times and always provides at least a little bit of comfort. If I'm not mistaken, the mixtape songs are even more special because all of the members help write them, not just 3racha. Thank you for the reaction, once again! All of SKZ's Mixtapes are incredible, but 2 and 4 have a special place in my heart. 2 because it speaks so much about the boys' journey as individuals and as a group (the MV and lyrics always make me tear up), and 4 because of Felix and Chan's raps ("call me captain I do it for my crew now" is iconic) and Chan is SERVING visuals in the MV. Each mixtape is so different, but so raw and honest, and I love the sincerity that they bring to the table every time.

All of the mixtapes mean a lot to me since they are all so emotional but Mixtape 3 really did help me throughout school especially when I would get stressed during finals or exams. I would play this song and listen to their voices while watching the video and I would instantly feel better. Fun fact, the Mixtapes are usually only included in the albums. CLÉ Yellow Wood was a special album with Side Effects as the title and the Mixtapes were included, so now they are available on streaming platforms. Also, Stray Kids always have intro songs for their albums, which are so interesting. For example, they have a song called 0325 which includes the instrumental of 3 intros. Then, Road not taken (the intro from Yellow Wood) was originally a demo for a potential track, but they almost got rid of it. Thankfully they made it an intro and Stays loved it so so much that they included the continuation (Stop) in Clé Levanter. If you listen to Stop after Road Not Taken you can clearly see that they are meant to be connected as one. Quite genius, right?

These boys are like bunch of kids who genuinely loves music and enjoys what they do. He had it hard, chan left home at 12yrs old, Felix at 16, han i.n at 14/15. Ofc they didn't have it easy. There where times the pushed themselves so hard the they were taken to hospital as they faint. They got 1hrs (or maybe not even that) of sleep every day. As chan said these boys basically came in and saved him. Felix says skz is home, hyunjin says if there is a phrase to express more then "they are my everything" then I'll go with that. The brotherhood they have among them hits different. With all they had to go through they are still so genuine, fun loving goof balls, making music, doing it all on their own (3racha and the boys has made 100+ songs in less than 3yrs. They help choreograph their own dances), loving stays. This is why skz is my ult group.

Thank you so much. To be honest, I seldom listened to music with raps until SKZ showed up. Somehow since I watched their survival reality show, listened to them singing for the first time, and then recognized their hark-working process, I have just become a STAY naturally. You know, actually, it's very hard for singers to make their own material, especially for idol groups. As an idol group, SKZ really did a great job. We can tell that they really enjoy what they're doing every time, and I love what they're doing every time.
