I loooooove sweet potatoes, but what is the dish you were talking about? I'm mexican but we usuallly just eat it boiled or grilled with sugar in my region so I'm not sure which recipe you mean

I managed to find the original recipe, it's not Mexican, it says it's a "Tex-Mex skillet" but I had no idea what that means and only remembered the -Mex part 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️

@@criminalpeaches Ah got it! tex-mex is kinda american version of mexican food, like food that came from mexican immigrants and got adapted to US so it does have some mexican origin.
