Felix said in the album intro that he wanted this song to convey to STAY that everyone is deserving of love. He's such an amazing person. He has another song called Deep End that's even more vulnerable. Both songs show his insane vocal range, but this one also showcases all of the different types of singing/rapping he can do. He gets a lot of haters attacking him for lack of talent outside of having a deep voice. This should shut them up🤣.

Felix is such a sweet, shining light. And most people who are that way suffer. I feel like he's drawing a parallel between the beast and the "curse" or pressures put on him in the industry. He's gotten a lot of hate. I think he's saved or the curse is broken by unconditional love which he mentioned in the Hop intro. He's a beautiful soul and I love seeing this side of him.

To me the Angel wings reflect his trapped human and soul, and that’s why at 5he end it disappeared because he found his true love.
