This song is a gift from chan for I.N, cause he always have that maknae on top attitude (in a playfull way), like when the hyung are start arguing or something he's the one who'll start yelling "싸우지 마! 싸우지 마!". Chan often jokingly called I.N 'haengnim'. He once say that in stray kids it's "maknae first" cause he want to take care of the younger first, even in fandom tour show they wait I.N to eat first before the others start eating. I just love how stray kids love and adore their maknae so much

He was probably having so much fun with this lmao he really said maknae supremacy. At the end you can see him hugging a carton of eggs while he’s sleeping and the story behind that is on their show finding stray kids they were playing a game where they got secret missions and Jeongin’s mission was to keep a carton of eggs safe for 1 hour but as soon as he walked out of the mission room all of the hyungs (mainly minho) attacked immediately and absolutely DEMOLISHED the eggs in the sink it was so sad because I swear he didn’t even last 2 minutes 😭 but in the video you can see that while he’s sleeping the eggs are safe and he’s hugging them when they tuck him in.

You're right about the accent, I.N. is from Busan and it's well known that he's the most loved by his members from the very beginning. They love to cling to him and call him cute, he tends to be quite the savage and even as maknae has time and time again has spoken informally to his hyungs - jokingly of course. This song and references is a bit of an inside joke as you gather from the comments here, from the eggs. piggy back rides and him watching his hyungs play the relay egg game.
