I mean.. I speak as a Kpop fans since 2009, I never found a group like Stray Kids before. They really THAT group. They produced all of their songs since predebut, like there's no one song in their discography out of their name on credit, every member can sing, rap, and dance. The talent, the all rounders thing its rare in Kpop. Not to mention all of their song have a messages in it. They already save so many people from their lyrics. They can attract non Kpop fans and even haters who dislike Kpop music become their fans bcs their music really different from what usually Kpop sound. The fandom is full with mature and friendly people. Their connection to their fans litterally the best if compared to another group bcs I feel it.

Btw, if you guys are ever are interested in learning about the individual members and how they became Stray Kids, I recommend watching "an introduction to: stray kids (2020 edition)" by hyunjin nation. It's about 30 mins long but the person barely misses any important info for each member!

Great reaction, thank you guys! I am into kpop for almost 10 years now and I have to say that Stray Kids reallly stand out. They are original, unique, they write and produce their music on their own, they are not afraid to speak about serious topic such as anxiety and depression, they are not there to be just trendy. They are all hard working and to be better. They really dont seem like group that debuted 2 years ago, they are profesional and with every comeback and new album they try new things. Woah, I actually didn't see this video yet since it's from a Japanese platform so this is my first reaction to it too I guess 😅 It's cool how they introduced themselves in Japanese too; I wonder how many hours they usually spend learning other languages, especially on tour Could you differentiate their voices more in this recording? Their voices have more color without the sound processing, right? :) It's interesting to hear how Slump sounds without auto tune (although there is a little bit of a backing track, of course) I'm still amazed at the fact that they're singing in another language; even memorizing the lyrics (especially the fast raps) would be a challenge let alone actually pronouncing the words and singing with correct pacing and intonation At 3:00 the voice you pointed out is Han Jisung's :) He has a crazy bright vocal tone (he actually used to want a deeper tone like Felix's for his rapping but now has accepted his own) and I sometimes can't believe it when I hear it myself. It was most prominent at their concert actually, because through the stadium speakers it literally sounded auto-tuned but obviously wasn't I think the documentary video you mentioned at the end that you might make a reaction to is "an introduction to: stray kids (2020 edition)" by hyunjin nation? (Correct me if I'm wrong) People always type out the full name of the video and the channel because this guide really is the best and I haven't seen one top it yet haha Anyway I've seen your comments about how you might record a reaction to it if there's enough interest! No pressure at all because I know a video like that would take quite a bit more effort, but I do think you'd like the video regardless because you seem so interested in their growth and paths as artists in addition to their music in general. The reason why people like seeing reactions to guides (at least for me) is because it's really satisfying to see others gain a sense of understanding for why we appreciate and support Stray Kids as genuine people and not "just idols". But again, completely up to you! I'm not usually this early to comment lol but I guess I stumbled upon the video right as it came out -- as always, have a wonderful day :)

I agree, the way they introduced themselves in Japanese was awesome - really makes it feel like they're trying to use the language more wherever they can, and it's exciting because maybe that means they'll record a Japanese version of new songs as well. I hear you, it was a bit easier to discern the differences in their voices without the post-recording editing that takes place after the song is fully recorded. It was really nice to hear it without the autotune as well! Of course I love the studio version, but this live performance felt like something else. Loved every second of it. And thank you for pointing this out! Han Jisung's voice and rapping are brilliant. It's awesome how he eventually accepted his own unique voice, and I'm glad for it - it sounds like he owns it big time and it's so fun to hear. I can only imagine what they sound like live, in-person. And yep, that is the documentary! I completely agree with what you've said - we love their songs (everything we've heard so far) so it'd be awesome to get an understanding of their background and how they came to be Stray Kids. I am so happy. I think you know, but Imma stay and I showed this masterpiece to my eldest brother and he never listened to them. The only thing i dont like about opening and ending of tower of god is rap parts(i just dont like rap in general), but even with it their voices are so damn good and other parts of the songs made them one of my favourites. So sad that i couldnt find something similar to this.

Ahh I do get what you mean - I personally love it when groups insert rapping into their songs, so Stray Kids really hit home with their ones. It also does help that their voices are absolutely amazing.

Check out Levanter, Sunshine, Neverending Story, I am You. though it may have a bit of rapping, but not as much and softer. More focus on vocals. But Straykids are rap based, so nearly all their songs, even the soft ones like I Am You have rap in. I guess it’s how you look at it. They rap in many different styles, soft, old school, fast, aggressive, melodic, lyrical. Tmt, I am You, Sunshine, Levanter and NES always leaves me feeling happy. Neverending story is an OST for Kdrama Extra-Ordinary you. 🥰👉👈 💙🦋💙

Yep this is the one (An introduction to: Stray Kids)! The video seems so interesting and informative, and it'd be so cool to know about all of the members before they came to be Stray Kids. I think this'll be a really fun one to watch so hopefully we can react to it soon! And ah I didn't know there was an 8-episode series as well!
