Slump is the ending song for the anime, and TOP is the opening song of the anime Tower of God. Loved your reaction, the first time I saw these two mvs I was silent the whole time

slump was produced by han jisung when he was like 19 i think and it was actually about his struggles

Sorry hun, but I think you got confused. Sunshine and 19 are produced by Han and are very personal to him. 19 is notes from his personal journal about his fears about coming of age. And Sunshine was written when he was struggling with his social anxiety. Slump and Top were both written for the show. The guys were approached by the anime company to make them a song. They read the webtoon and fell in love with the story, and wrote a few songs based on how they felt while reading the story. They sent copies to the studio in Japan. The studio picked these two songs and they all worked on the final edits together. Stay Forever 💙🦋💙

It was so funny, I was browsing crunchy roll and just happened upon Tower of god (amazing show btw) and I started watching. I realized all the voices sounded really familiar and at the end of the title sequence it said 'Stray kids" and 3RACHA as producers. I was so dumbfounded, bc I have been a STAY since debut and then here is this anime that just fell into my lap by coincidence.

Yeah, Slump just hits different, man. Sometimes I cant help but laugh when I listen to it though cus I keep remembering when Chan spoiled the song in a game of song association XD. Anyway, love the video as always and can't wait for more Stray Kids content. If you have time, you should check out the KBS stage performance Chan and Changbin did with NCT 127 and Monsta X, it was AMAZING. Okay so I watched the anime [Tower of God] and that’s how I got put onto SKZ. So the opening is TOP and Slump is the ending. (They have English & Korean versions to both these and I legit listen to all three versions. They’re so good 😂). The MV to TOP is somewhat inspired by the anime. i'm not really sure but i think they are not in a spaceship but actually climbing the tower. In the mv the members are having a hard time surpassing these obstacles just like the anime goes, they have to get through them so they can climb the tower and reach the top (like the opening song is called 'top'). The members are dressed as the characters also so i assume it's inspired from the anime

I prefer the first take version since you loved Slump you have to listen to this version . The Anime Tower of God is about a boy named bam who was living alone and doesn't know anyone but his friend Rachel .. one day Rachel decides to enter The Tower where at the top her wish can be granted .. so bam follows her into the tower (idk if this is a good description but I tried) the anime is good but the webtoon is better I read it before the anime ofc this is only the first season there is a lot more to come , actually Tower of god is what brought me to Stray Kids so I'm thankful to it .. thank you and take care
