Does anyone know what is going on with the shelter that they are building? Any updates? President Zelensky, where are you?! Feed these poor and helpless babies that remain in war zones. These lovely women can not do it all by themselves. They feed thousands of dogs. It's so heart breaking to watch these videos and not be able to help out these innocent souls. I am so sorry for everything that you are experiencing. If I was rich I would transport all of the animals out of danger zones. Billionaires should donate money to help all of those suffering.

When my dad was growing up in the 1920s and 30s boys commonly fought each other, not exactly organised gangs but groups from different parts of town. He told us they used to lob half bricks at each other. Parents routinly smacked or even beat their children for misbehaviour. Police could punch young criminals with no comeback. Generally society was quite violent on a daily basis. Children were beaten with thick leather straps or canes for quite trivial offences. When he was 40 in 1960 Dad started a new career as a school teacher. He said most boys had at least one fight in their 5 years of secondary school but over the next 20 years this everyday low level violence all but disappeared. Most boys went through their 5 years without fighting. ( UK had single sex schools until the mid 1960s ) But it seemed that the violent minority were more vicious. Knives started to replace fists. What today we find shocking was once not so abnormal. Plus we dont hear daily reports on all the good things most of us experience.
