Yeah, like as soon as Changbin said I.N. needed to watch his weight I.N. looked panicked until Changbin clarified that he needed to gain it not lose it, even though moments before Changbin had already said he was underweight. Just sad that that's the first thing the mind jumps to.

Changbin is a great coach. He explains each exercise, shows how to do it and corrects mistakes. He cheers everyone on, encouraging them to overcome their limits, but doesn't force them to overexert themselves. He doesn't criticize or ridicule if someone fails to do the exercise (he is only slightly disappointed or surprised, but continues to be understanding and kind) He pays attention to each member. I want coach like him!

When Changbin told the members that they need to gain weight because they're underweight, that made me so touched :( I hope that they will be able to gain the weight they need in order to stay healthy as it is so important. And I hope they don't feel the need to go on a diet especially if they're underweight already. Because I know K-Pop idols worry about this and want to keep a certain image to the public (and those companies not caring about their idols' health is the worst ughhhh!!!!).
