Hi so I wrote out the recipe for anyone wondering Ingredients: 1 cup of bread flour (sifted) 1/2 cup of all-purpose flour (sifted) a dash of salt 2tsp of baking powder 1 cup (2 sticks) butter 1/2 cup of brown sugar 1/4 cup (ish? he just kinda poured some in but it looks to be about 1/4-1/2 cups) of sugar 1tsp of vanilla 1tsp of instant coffee (optional) 2 eggs 1/2 cup of chocolate chips (can be more or less to your liking) Directions: 1. Preheat oven to 350º 2. Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl 3. Melt the butter 4. Let the butter cool slightly and add in 1 egg 5. Separate the second egg and add in only the yolk 6. Mix the butter liquid and add the dry ingredients in 3 parts 7. Once fully combined, add in the chocolate chips 8. Divide into balls (about 1tbsp each) and place it on the lined baking tray 9. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown. 10. Let them sit for a couple minutes before removing them from the tray to cool on a cooling rack

Also it's been 2-yrs since Chan&Lix visit Straya, hope the situation improves so that the Aussie Borders are open again for international Trvl. Wish they meet their families soon＼(^-^ ＼)

felix has such a special aura. he's the type of person everyone wish they'd have in their lives cause he feels so much like home. he truly is that ray of sunshine everybody needs to feel warmer. he's genuinely one of the most heartwarming person we'll ever see and i feel so grateful to be able to see such moments like this that he wants to share with us. he is so calm yet goofy at the same time. a pure and cute lil bub. he deserves all the happiness and love in the world. whenever i see his face i just want to pinch those cheeks, pat his head and tell him how good of a human he is. just thinking about how cute, lovable, carrying, precious, trustful, and whatever else positive he is, is such a stress reliever. i hope he gets warm hugs everyday, and that he knows how amazing he is. he's the type of person who likes to stay at home on winter days, watching movies like harry potter under a warm and fluffy blanket, with homemade pastries and hot chocolate with whipped cream and cacao powder on top, with vanilla scented candles all over the place and the type who loves to go to the beach at 5am to see the sunrise and then spend the whole day swimming and surfing, playing beach volleyball, have barbecues, eating watermelon and have pizza for dinner on the beach again, watching the sunset, playing chill music on his phone and take pictures and videos while running on the white with his beloved ones. he's the type of person you want to always have by your side because whatever the season is, whatever the time of the day it is, you'll never get tired of him. this is lee felix.

Someone sent me the recipe for this so I'm going to share it with everyone(I'm about to bake it!) Bowl 1: 1 cup bread flour 2/3 all purpose flour Sprinkle of salt 2 tsp baking powder Bowl 2: 1/2 cup melted butter 1 cup brown sugar 1 1/2 tbsp white sugar 1 tsp instant coffee 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 egg 1 egg yolk Instructions: -Preheat oven (180c/350f) -Mix the ingredients from Bowl 2 together. -Slowly add the mixed ingredients from Bowl 1 into bowl 2, bit by bit. -Add chocolate chips. -Bake for 10 minutes. This is exactly as I got it, I'm going to try this now. I'll come back when I'm done!
