I have school and I kid you not I get up at 5:29 and I went to bed at 1:30 I was so happy I found this because when I was playing this it put me to sleep so fast but them I woke up at like 2 something in the morning and could not sleep I'm a position I liked and then I feel back asleep and then I woke up again at 4 cause of My sister and woke up agian at 5:11 having a whole mental breakdown so from now on I'm going to sleep at 11 something or maybe 12:00 while listening to this

Ik I’m a little late but, if you have an iPhone, you can set a timer on your phone for however long you want and if you scroll all the way done on the sound effects that play when the timer goes off, there should be a button that says stop playing. So you put the time in however long you think you will need and then click stop playing and it will turn off your phone when the timer ends. I hope this helped
