17:42 Not sure if its a glitch, but I find it similar to how you can roll through other characters moves; Dabi alpha (kinda) Ochaco beta (for a short time) Ochaco gamma Momo beta (sometimes) AOF gamma And more. One thing I hate is how the vines are spread out when not aiming, leaving gaps where players will not take damage, which could be where some of the problem comes from. Hope this helps and makes sense! Thx for the Ibarra content!

Last I heard her alphas were slightly bugged. Either they would just miss or sometimes when landed it wouldn’t do damage. This was during season 3 so Idk if they changed anything to her. But from the look of the video it looks like it’s still bugged

Yeah... so her alpha has a glitch where the vines don't come out. Also the "late" hit are b/c Ibara's alpha hits twice. They shoot out then retract. It's lingering hitbox. As for her beta, it doesn't usually hit below Ibara, so it's best not to jump when using it. Her gamma sometimes won;t do damage. However, you can Beta out of it and hit them with that. tl;dr it's fucking rough out here for ibara mains.

Her Alpha is still buggy from season 3. They just don’t hit sometimes or don’t come out at all. The second bug is a lot rarer though.

So the thing with Ibara is she's all about positioning. You move slow, so it's important to start a fight from a position of strength if you can. Just hit with the vines and if some decides to push you make them go vegan with a beta or gamma.

Ibara played right with a team could be the most dangerous one on the squad. Ive played her and when i tell you, i got 8 kills in ranked? It was a easy 8 kills in ranked. Your shield does not effect my gameplay😂

It's easy if you have a decent team. But this season PC ranked players have been super selfish. So it's easy if you have a decent team that plays together. But most people don't.
