I truly understand South Carolina has depth, but the narrative that the team is EVEN all around is misleading. Even with that team, Fulwiley and Edwards should be consistent go to options averaging 25-30 mins each. South Carolina has such slow starts because their starting lineup has limited scoring. And placing that in the game together makes things even tougher. I understand they have a way they like to do things, but you can’t be stubborn when time is demanding change (and I’m not just saying this because of a loss). Felt like this even with the Freshies last yr. You can live with Bree Hall coming off the bench. You can live with Edwards starting and Feagan and Kitts sharing mins w each other. It’s frustrating as a fan, but man. They get so held back sometimes. This team is so much better. I love Dawn, it does start with coaching taking a look in the mirror, DESPITE all the success and accolades.

Every loss they had in the last 3 yrs has come from stubbornness on the coaching staff. Even the loss to Iowa in the final 4 2 yrs ago. Cardoso should’ve started over Victoria Saxton. Geno said it best. Everything doesn’t work on everybody. Gotta be willing to make adjustments. Those 2, Edwards and Fulwiley shouldn’t be coming off the bench. And if you do, their mins should be set at 25+ fs. Think Dawn is a GREAT coach, just a tad stubborn.

I think the talent is fine. Just can’t say they all the same talent level cause they were highschool All Americans. Next good game to watch Texas vs LSU .LSU has a week off. Texas plays that Thursday and LSU Sunday. That week off makes fresh legs and lots of film to watch on Texas especially Thursday when they play to prepare.

Great game...Texas played very well, so kudos to them for the win. SC needs to make free throws; especially when they are undersized. I'm not going to take anything away from Texas win, but if SC would have made free-throws they would have won the game. If I was Dawn my team would shot 100 free throws every practice. As they go into March madness free-throws are going to be important.

If you watched that first game in Columbia i honestly saw things coming. No way a superstar as good as Booker was going to have a uncharacteristically horrible game the way she she did in January. I knew she was coming back, also Oldacre is the one who kept them in the first game. For SC kitts played great and so did Fulwiley and Johnson. Im not sure why but Paopao seems way to lax in the paint for me drove alot more last year. Hall and Johnson did what they could
