She failed to prosecute after the 2020 election where workers were seen on the State Farm Arena security footage running ballots after the count "ended for the night" that were hidden under a table AND fed through the counter multiple times. Then she let them delete 380,761 ballot images illegally. Then at the count, they deleted another 17,000 images. Every person there committed a Felony between the 2 acts listed above and in addition, they conspired to steal the election. That is a huge amount of felonies for everyone involved.

The Georgia Bar Association would be the agency to sanction, fine, restrict or disbar an attorney. The ABA has nothing to do at this level. Multiple complaints have been filed against Fani Willis. Let that process play out. If she can't practice because of limitations placed against her Bar License. she can/will lose the power to administer the office of District Attorney.

Ms. Fani Willis and her District Attorney offices (Altanta Judicial Circuit, which covers Fulton County): The district attorney’s yearly salary, including state and county supplements, is $ 198,266.66 and the **total annual budget for the Fulton County District Attorney’s Office for fiscal year 2022 was $31,541,968.00.** The district attorney lobbied for additional money from Fulton County to hire lawyers and staff to clear the backlog after Covid. Why didn’t she use that money to hire qualified in-house staff to try this case? Why did she, instead, use that money to retain the special prosecutor?

Hi Inside The Law! Paul Howard Jr was DA of Fulton County for about 24 years; his office was known for corruption, harassment and embezzlement. When Fani Willis assumed office in 2021, she took advantage of the lackadaisical oversight Fulton County had demonstrated over the DAs office, she never submitted receipts for what her office was required by law to do. A community youth center with Federal funding was never built, a Grand Jury on-site investigation of the county jail was never allowed, and no records of her extensive travels with still-married-to-Joycelyn Special Prosecutor Nathan Wade were ever produced. Willis is the result of over 20 years of institutional corruption in Fulton County;; Paul Howard Jr was never held accountable, so Willis had no expectation that Fulton County would hold her accountable. Ashleigh Merchant has revealed the deep-dish inefficiencies of Fulton County, the complete lack of accountability of her DAs office, as Willis intends to serve a 2nd term. OUTRAGEOUS. The Supreme Court of Georgia should disbar Fani Willis :D

We had a similar situation in Hillsborough Co FL. An action against the public defenders office requested records. The PD’s office was unresponsive for same reasons. It was a stall. The records sought are actually kept by the County writ large. All records, contracts, personnel information must be requested from the county, not the PDs office, or I suspect the DA’s office in GA.

I've done payroll with HR for more than 10 years. If the person is still employed you have an active file. If the person left, you still have to keep the records for a number of years, which is a rule, possibly federal.

As an HR certified professional, I can attest that should the DA office NOT have employment records, dates or otherwise, and regardless of type (1099, contract, or W-2), they are violating multiple layers of FLSA and EEOC mandates. Depending on WHAT is missing or not documented, the violations also fly in the face of widely recognized D, E, & I initiatives. One would think that, as a “black woman in power”, the DA would be especially sensitive to and enthusiastically record employment information, if for no other reason, to illustrate her support of D,E, & I culture.

Question: Is there anywhere that Steel. Bumpass, or the other lawyers can go for relief from the recusal over the ex parte meeting before the end of the trial? Was there witness tampering(threats)? Also, is it possible that judges from Fulton County, Appeals Court or the Georgia Supreme Court are having an "intervention" for the judge going so far off the reservation and suggesting reconsideration? Before they spend more money, waste the jury's time, and eventually lose the case?

There's a huge paragraph that has been skipped twice: Section 51 sub section 3: All of Plaintiff's costs and expenses related to this case. When a FOIA request is ignored, delayed, dismissed, etc. and a lawsuit is needed to recover the documents, in the event the plaintiff wins, the defendant (Fani's office) will have to pay costs and expenses to The Merchant Law Firm. By delaying the documents, Fani has not only prevented the public from seeing the documents but she has also created a liability the the people of Fulton County will have to pay. I'm sure this isn't the only foyer case that the district attorney's office is intentionally delaying. Each one of those cases will have a different Law firm doing the work and each one will be entitled to collect their costs and expenses when the district attorney's office is inevitably found liable. This could easily be a 6 or 7 figure expense because of the continued shenanigans in the District Attorney's office.

Did a bit of a search on the Baptiste case that Glanville cites and it requires some legal expertise greater than mine in order to glean anything that directly applies to Glanville's position. Other than recusal, the circumstances relating to the recusal affidavit aren't even remotely similar. There are several Baptiste cases some within Georgia and some outside. I limited myself to the Georgia specific ones.

@8:46 you reference when the office of the court made a bee-line to Brian Steel's notes that were on the podium he was speaking at. I thought when I first saw this it was a dirty move the officer made! Did anyone at the time it occurred see if the officer was instructed or signaled to confiscate Steel's notes? If he was not instructed or signaled to confiscate the notes it sure makes him look worried his name is in those notes.

He has served as a campaign manager, media consultant, pollster, press spokesman, research director, and policy advisor. He also served as the executive director of the Democratic Party of Georgia. In his private legal practice, he represented elected officeholders, candidates, party committees, and advocacy organizations before regulatory and enforcement agencies, including the Federal Election Commission, the U.S. House Ethics Committee, the Internal Revenue Service, the Georgia Government Transparency and Campaign Finance Commission, and local bodies. He also handled matters for entities regulated by U.S., foreign and international law related to international trade, transnational financial transactions, and overseas offices and employees. Jeff is a graduate of Emory University School of Law and the University of Georgia.

Ms. Fani District Attorney Office pays the salary for him, but remember that over 95% of the funding comes from State of Georgia, Judicial Circuit, not Fulton County, as of in the 2022-FY, they only funded about $320K of the over $31 million provided to the department.
