This sounds very interesting. I could also see this combined with a variable which remembers where you came from and making the “back button” go back to whatever page was “calling” the page in the first place. Fascinating ideas.

This doesn't work in v3.0.0, so remain on 2.4.2 if you want the shift function as described in this video. Hopefully they patch it.

What is companion in comparison to the regular Stream Deck software? Does Companion do more than the regular software? I am creating a STEM math keyboard with mine and will need to use the "FN/shift function"

I'm new to Companion; will it work while using the Stream Deck software via Companion plugin as well (meaning not using Companion natively without SD software opened)? Like, let's say I have a companion button on page 1 of my SD profile. I want to go to page 2 of that same profile, while pressing and holding that Companion button, then as you did, click to another button in the page 2 (which won't be companion buttons, but SD buttons) and then release it to go back to page 1. Possible or not? Cheers!
