Stream Horizontal & Vertical w/ Dual Output by Streamlabs!

so. im trying to stream 4k to youtube, and 1080 to twitch vertical, is there a way to use seperate bit rates for them, if you go over 8,000 bits for twitch it just shows up as a black screen. so is there a way to lower the bit rate for the twitch side but not mess up the youtube side?
