A lot of people complaining about 100T finishing 4th and talking about points, when it was said from the start that the events prior were simply to determine those that would participate in the final event. They secured their place by winning over and over. And then fell short in the final test. The games the game, it was fantastic entertainment regardless. Good shit Ludwig, and all those involved, even behind the scenes ❤️🔥
@arkain13 ай бұрын
I think the complainers just don't understand how professional sports work, to be honest. All the games a sports team wins in the regular season simply qualifies them to the Playoffs; How well they perform in the actual Playoffs decide what trophies/medals they gonna get.
@einarvaalund35663 ай бұрын
@@arkain1You keep on being an obnoxious dickhead in all the comments sympathizing with 100t. Struggling that much to put your self in others shoes means you’re most likely kinda slow so this is probably arguing with a brick wall. The comparison with the playoffs doesn’t really make sense when this whole event is way closer to something like a decathlon in the Olympics. Imagine if they did 9 out of ten challenges there just for the final one whatever it is to mean everything when it comes to winning or loosing. I get that having that serves for better entertainment since you can keep the “underdog/anybody’s game” storyline still intact but it does cheapen the victory and over all leaves the event with a sour aftertaste. Again understand why they did it and it was over all really fun to watch. But people should be able to criticize event without some rabid viewer like you insulting them while not allowing people to talk about any faults they might feel like the event had.

@@arkain1 This is nothing like playoffs, lol. First of all it's multiple sports. That's like using swimming qualifiers and making them play football in the playoffs. @Randomly12342 ай бұрын
@@johnjungkook2721 These guys aren’t actual athletes or sportsmen… so the multiple games are treated as one in this case. Secondly, this used the same exact system as the olympics. @@DehdehDora The 4 teams who have the most go to the finals, while the the other 4 teams get eliminated. After that the points dictate what order you go in the final match, but doesn’t dictate what place they get at the end.

I get it too, honestly sucks after dominating so hard. But sub was offered, games were played. Cornhole in general is possibly the wildest time sink in a relay like that. I've played cornhole plenty of times and sometimes you just cant score. Water bag toss felt fair, but that element could be something more appropriate to the time structure. And going last was pretty huge. without the injury and unlucky cornhole they would have beasted it for sure.

Do you watch any professional sports at all? All the games a sports team wins in the regular season simply qualifies them to the Playoffs; How well they perform in the actual Playoffs decide what trophies/medals they gonna get.

They should've won. Bad scoring system

@@markwilliams125 "Biggest sport in the world", except for where the Streamer Games actually take place. Here's an idea: go ask one of the streamers in those soccer countries to organize an event like this with soccer traditions, yeah?

MAD respect to Nicewigg, in hindsight JHB would have done a better job in cornhole but the team dynamic was insane! This was probably the most technically intensive Offbrand production to date huge props to the production team the coordination of all the cameras and microphones was incredible. Not to mention the scoreboard updates. there were a few scuffed moments but overall it was pretty seamless.

Super proud of Ludwig for how this came out. I did not get to watch this live like I had in the past. But I had really really high expectations for this unlike his past projects and he smashed the expectations and then some

Ngl the placings didnt really matter at all cause 100t dominated all weekend and they had one bad challenge at the end that cost them everything ?😂 Either way it was a fun event and hopefully it becomes something they do every year.

Well they go to go last, which to me was big. But its just unfortunate with the nice wigg situation. Also as an event organizer, you're not really expecting a single team to absolutely destroy at every challenge.

This is like people complaining pointlessly about Electoral Votes *after* their candidate lost the election. All teams - including 100T - know the rules and format from the beginning. Please do not complain on their behalf!
