Tengo muchos problemas para poder compartir mi control con mis dispositivos algún link de cómo aser lo paso por paso y en español?... solo lo puedo apagar y encender la tv y subirle de sonido ami teatro en casa y en KZbin y Netflix no puedo moverle asia los lados ni bajar ni subir

I just got the remote and it turns on and off , and the only thing that works is the volume and mute button , very disappointing , tried all the codes
