Lovebites=Metal Goddesses, next level musicians/artists, with Queen Asami on vocals.. there are many great songs by this great band.. the bass player (Miho) left the band for personal reasons, she and the drummer (Haruna) put the band together.. Their new bassist (Fami)is super talented, and Lovebites has just relessed their first album together (Judgement Day) and its killer.. (Midori) left and (Miyako) right are the two next level guitarists..in fact theyre all virtuosos in their fields.. Miyako is a classically trained pianist since age three and will mesmerize.. She also writes much of their music..(Asami) vocals started as an R&B singer, and only started Metal since joinong Lovebites.. Shes also a trained ballet dancer.. The wolfpack will fill ypu in on more, and maybe correct what i may have missed..

The winners of the GOLDEN GODS Award in different years and in various categories were such famous bands and musicians,such as: BLACK SABBATH, IRON MAIDEN, MOTöRHEAD, JUDAS PRIEST, TWISTED SISTER, OZZY OSBOURNE, LEMMY KILMISTER, ZAKK WYLDE, NIKKI SIXX, JOE PERRY, ANTHRAX, SLAYER, TESTAMENT, SAXON, NIGHTWISH, TRIVIUM, RAMMSTEIN, SABATON, CHILDREN OF BODOM, ARCH ENEMY, MACHINE HEAD (and this is not a complete list). LOVEBITES is a Japanese all-female heavy metal band, formed in 2016 by former Japanese heavy metal band DESTROSE members Miho( bass,backing vocals) and Haruna(drums). The ladies of Lovebites decided to wear white on stage when they started, because they are all tiny people (the tallest is their new bassist who is 5'4", with the lead singer and drummer both under 5 feet tall., They figured if they wore traditional black metal outfits, they would just disappear on stage due to their small size. The white dresses " pop" and make them easier to spot on stage.

Destrose formed in 2005 as Destroya, playing mostly 80's metal covers from bands like Iron Maiden, Motorhead and Manowar. The band was founded by guitarist Mina and singer Eye. In 2007 they changed their name to Destrose and began to write and perform their own songs. Throughout its existence Destrose (Destroya) had a revolving door of musicians. Congratulations, you just found the best new metal band to come along in decades. In their first five years of existence, they put themselves on par with the greatest bands of metal’s golden age. Other reviewers have described them as alien superheroes disguised as young women, angels, princesses of metal, and angry bridesmaids. They recently went on a year-and-a half hiatus while they searched for a new bassist. They announced the new bassist in October 2022 (see below) and dropped their first new song on December 22. Their new album, “Judgement Day”, was released two months later. Some background: They were formed in 2016 from the remnants of a legendary all-girl Japanese metal band called Destrose (yes, all-girl metal has been a thing in Japan since at least 1981). Miho (bass, chief headbanger and founder of the band) had a vision of a new band in the style of the great European bands of the golden age of metal. She recruited her former bandmate Haruna (drums, 4'9" “pocket nuclear reactor”); they needed two world-class guitarists, and so they went and found Midori and Miyako, who were with other groups. The four of them then found Asami, the singer, who was doing soul and blues at the time (she was also trained in ballet). Miyako has composed a little more than half of their music, with Miho composing a lot of their thrashier songs in collaboration with Mao, the lead composer of another band called Lightbringer. Midori has also been getting into the act, and they regularly perform a song written by Haruna as well. Asami writes most of the lyrics and is also getting involved in composing. In mid-2021, Miho left the band she had founded, for personal reasons. They went on hiatus while they searched for a new bassist, and during that time, two of them had babies, even as the band were writing and rehearsing their new album. Holy War is the most requested "introduction" track for Reactors to this band for fairly obvious reasons. It's got a bit of everything. Great riffs, great tapping parts, great solos and an awesome break down before the solos. The only thing it doesn't have is a drum solo or dedicated bass solo.

Welcome to the Wolfpack! (the name for the Lovebites fans :D) - Glad to see you fully enjoying the best metal band on the planet. It's great to see more people discovering our ladies! I would recommend their latest single - Stand and Deliver (Shoot 'em Down) which includes their new bassist, Fami. (she's incredible as well) That is a heavier song - like old school thrash. I'd also say that if you wanna see the range of the band, check Edge of the World (Live) and Swan Song (With Chopin intro). Also, the white gowns are their usual "Battle Uniforms", their song "Stand and Deliver" is one of the few MVs they have done in casual clothes. Some data on the band: The lead singer (Asami) is the group goofball, and is known as "The Golden Voice" - and metal is a new genre for her vocally. She does a lot of writing, also. Haruna is the drummer - called "The Little Engine" - because she just crushes the drum parts and rhythm section on every song, and she is completely indefatiguable! Miyako is our right side guitarist who also does all the background synth and piano work. In addition, she also writes and does everything with that calm, cool professionalism. :) She is called "The Golden Touch" for a reason - everything she touches turns gold. Midori is the blonde guitarist with the amazing hair on the left side, and she is "The Crazy Shredder" - because, well, it is what it says. She's insanely good and aggressive shredder. She also performs in bodybuilding competitions. :) The bassist in this video is Miho, who was one of the founding members of the band and she left in 2021. Not in this video, newly on bass, is the amazingly talented Fami - who doesn't have a nickname yet - but she really has injected even more energy and passion into the group.

The outfits, a French mag interviewed Asami (singer) about that, she said, We're girls we don't want to dress like boys. Also we are all small so it's easier to see us on stage. And they are small, Asami and Haruna (drummer) are both 4' 9", Midori (Blond guitarist) is 4' 10", Miho (Bass, no longer with the band) is 4' 11" and Miyako (other guitarist) is the tallest at 5' 2" Miho left after her father passed away and she need to take some time off and left Lovebites amicably. They have a new Bassist that they found after a world wide search named Fami. BTW, they excel live and literally don't have a bad song.

Another "fun" song would be the Official Live for "Winds of Transylvania". If you want to go heavier, try the Official Live for "Thunder Vengeance". If you want complexity -- with a fantastic Chopin intro -- try "Swan Song". If you need another heavy piece, try the Official Live for "The Awakening/Hammer of Wrath". If you want speed and fun, try the Official Live for "M.D.O." If you want a truly outstanding cover (Lovebites is not essentially a cover band), try "Painkiller". If you want a solid MV, try "Shadowmaker" or "Scream for Me".

Congrats! You have just met the most talented and skillful band in the entire metal/rock history. Somebody must have wrote this but for the case, the bassist Miho called the drummer Haruna to form a new band when Destrose (destroy + rose) that they were playing together disbanded. Haruna actually had left the band a little earlier for her marriage although she didn't make it as a result. As you can see, LOVEBITES fans are quite hyperbolic in their praise for the band. I guess that's normal, though. I will say that I own all of their studio and live releases one way or another and there's only one song that I don't like. Even then it's a remix version of another song, so I'm not sure it counts. They're definitely highly-skilled musicians that I have a lot of affection for, but calling any band "the best ever" or whatever has always struck me as ignorant and silly. Regarding Destrose, the two in this video from that band were Haruna the drummer and Miho the bass guitarist. If memory serves, Haruna was the second of three drummers and Miho was the third of three bass guitarists that Destrose had; Destrose had _a lot_ of lineup changes but not a lot of output. "Sword of Avenger" was a good song from them, but I'm not their biggest fan.

I know you will get inundated with everything under the sun by the core fans who can be obsessive and descend on you like a plague of locusts, in a good way! They have played the UK three times for the festivals such as Download, Bloodstock and toured with Dragonforce! A lot of their influences come from the UK's rock period of the 1980's. When Destrose ended, Miho basically called up Haruna and said.. “Girl, I’m tired of the Big Hair and color streaks kuwai thing, let’s do Heavy Metal.” Haruna was like”Ok”. 6 years later Lovebites is one of the best metal bands on the planet. Miho was like “Mission accomplished, I’m retiring.” and went on to ride off on her motorcycle with her bass strapped to her back.
