Byron Danial Bernstein, who lived in Austin Texas, county of Travis, was found unconcious on the road bleeding out after he was suspected of jumping from the 16th floor of the apartment building where he lived, from his room, (room 1906). The officers arrested the 3 suspects who were in the room, but later a homocide detective concluded that Byron had done it himself. It was later concluded that Bernstein was dead, after responders failed to revive him.
