Ash cant be oneshot right away anymore. So essentially they just exposed how much of a hot pile of garbage that dogshit bossfight is. At least before it was either you onshoting him or him oneshoting you. Now its just good "luck with multiple dogshit overlapping oneshot mechancis bozo, at least you can hope that in 1 of 6 you wont get fucked by the game" situation. Altough if you have a super highend multimirror build you probably still oneshot it.

It indeed isn't bad, but compared to how the top meta builds are performing? Feels pretty bad imo. Deadeye, pathfinder, stormweaver, gemling legionnaire, invoker, chayula, etc. feels way better to play than warrior, idk man, warrior feels sort of clunky and heavy, which i understand is the thing with warrior, hits hard but slower, but still.

Game design 101: the damage of an attack should be inversely proportional to how easy it is to dodge said attack. GGG: you can only "dodge" shit if you get lucky and everything one-shots. Here, have 5 portals so we don't need to balance it.

The part that sucks is that is the only think that got fixed/nerfed while spark, ES/MANA/Attribute stackers got left untouched which where and now are WAAAY stronger lol. Would have made more sense if they fixed this during a proper power re balance not nuke pathfinders which aren't even the top 3 OP classes right now.

But they are drawing a very clear line? It's not about character power, it's about unintended behavior (and Vine Arrow had unintended exponential damage scaling with gem level). Bow damage affecting poisonous conc was definitely unintended, everyone knew that. Spark damage is not. They'll very likely tune the numbers down for it with the next big patches, but everything about it is working as designed

I can confirm the Volatile Plants and Chaos Purple Balls are still not visible enough, Killed my HCSSF level 83 with 2.5 life and 7k energy shield instantly in a non explicit tier 15 map. Killed my character instantly didn't saw where it came from and didn't appear in the ground before and after it killed me.

Ya this is a pretty braindead comment. The only way people were beating arbiter at the moment was have enough dps to not do the boss mechanics. That's super boring bad game design which they were obviously going to change/fix. This is a bonus for everyone who wants to play a good game. I have to laugh at people looking for citadels pre-patch because finding citadels ACTUALLY had a method. You look for broken junctions in the maps. Each citadel has an 'area' that has a limited number of junctions attached to it. So if you came across a break or area you couldnt get to those maps because none of the maps joined then i knew there was a citadel in that next area once we found a linked path to get into that area. You can see in raxxans video left of the citadel theres limited connections and well darthmicro is raging about the connecting paths.
