I like that most of her damage is with her passive, so you have to make the right decision with how you use it while also making want to interact with your opponent to regain your passive faster.

She seems like a very healthy kit that can help with the games mobility creep. Also I like champs that have kits that only needs numbers adjustment if mage items ever get buffed.

People complaining about Vex's damage really haven't seen her scalings. Her Q does around the same damage as a Lux E (in fact, the only difference is her Q having 60% scaling while Lux's E has 65%, they even have the same base damage and damage per level), her W has good base damage but only a 30% scaling and her E has veeeery low base damage, with its scaling ranging from 40% to 60% depending on the ability's rank. Her ult does do good damage, although only if she recasts it. The initial impact is pretty meh. A lot of her damage comes from weaving in her passive, which is easier against people like Kata or Yasuo who dash a lot. Edit: Only thing I would maybe change is her W's damage not happening instantly, since it does make it pretty much unavoidable, and specially with her fear it might be a bit too much.
