I would personally suggest adobe premiere or other video editing programs even Sony Vegas is better bud. Each renders at 60 FPS and higher quality with less issues. I would suggest trying them out.

When you say: Making the video in 30 fps. Do you mean that the project file is 30 FPS? Then no, that has no outcome on the rendered file at all. As long as the material used in the project is 60fps or more, the rendered video will still be 60 fps (if rendered at 60 that is). If the material is i.e. 30 fps in a 60fps video. there will be scan-lines and poor color quality.

Since KZbin is in direct competition with Twitch or more directly Amazon, then Yes KZbin has every right to pull your videos for twitch channel advertising if leading people away from youtube. This is why chromecast was removed from twitch support channels and apps because Amazon has their own cast enabled software. Also if you become a twitch partner you sign a contract directly saying you cannot monetize or make money from your channel on other platforms. Linus maybe should read the TOS under his contracts more clearly, he has paid advertising on his KZbin channel he sponsors products, and makes money off his youtube channels. So platform hopping is a no no. either way i wouldn't trust Linus to change the wheel on my child's stroller let alone take any technical advice from him.

I'm gonna be honest, I don't think the 60fps made a huge difference. I would say a large portion of the content in your videos doesn't need the hyper-realism of 60 fps since they're screen grabs or rips. I would stick w 30 fps, otherwise you're just doubleing your render time, file size and taxing your system more for content that really doesn't need it.
