My understanding is that you cannot add PK/FK constraints to materialised views (MVs) which is one of the downsides of using MVs with DLT at the moment.

What is the need of DBSQL Warehouse in first two scenario - I assume it is typical Warehouse scenario (OLAP) - where as the last scenario is Real-time
