How does a Chicago Born Native apply for the Rental assistance program? I believe it's the News Stations Duty To ALSO do a story on Homless and struggling citizens can access these resources as well. Please provide Links.....Addresses. Exactly what requirements are needed document forms, dates, points of contact! Just constantly using airtime To cover what benefits Migrants get or aren't receiving is NO USE to the tax paying citizens who live here. There are whole hell of a lot of people who need access to the same resources now and doing a story on the Rental assistance program and how/who qualifies for it should be bare minimum!! Esp the TAX Payers! TBH if People who just came here in August qualify for it there is No reason anyone else should be denied.

The fact that Illinois is a sanctuary state doesn’t make every town a sanctuary town. The vast majority of southern Illinois had nothing to do with this problem. Chicago publicly stated that it “welcomes” illegal migrants, so the city should just take it like a man.
