Streamline Your Excel Workflow: Formatting Data Using Macros..
Are you tired of spending countless hours formatting data in Excel? Say goodbye to repetitive tasks and hello to efficiency with Excel Macros!
Steps to Format Data Using Macros:
1.Enable the Developer Tab:
Go to File - Options -Customize Ribbon.
Check the Developer box to enable the tab.
Record Your Macro:
2. Click on the Developer tab.
3. Select Record Macro and give it a name.
4. Choose where to store the macro (this workbook or personal macro workbook).
Click OK to start recording.
5. Perform the Formatting Tasks:
6. Carry out the formatting tasks you want to automate (e.g., changing font size, applying borders, setting cell colors).
Stop Recording:
7. Once you've completed the tasks, go back to the Developer tab.
Click Stop Recording.
Run Your Macro:
To run the macro, press Alt + F8, select your macro, and click Run.
Alternatively, you can assign the macro to a button for easy access.

Words of warning to anyone. Do not delete rows of data in a macro unless your doing it using a formula or filter. This macro for example would delete row 13 each and every time regardless of the data stored in it which could be potentially catastrophic
