Wonderful! What this says to me is “Do NOT Be Afraid” just relax and let the brush and coloured water do its work” Thank you for a lovely tutorial.

Mr. Rhoads, I am so impressed with what u did & why u did this during covid. 213 days??!! Wow! At a time when some people were forced to go out (due to circumstances such as the type of employment) & others felt trapped at home (due to circumstances such as poor health) u took a look at what u could do to help. I paint & suffer a chronic illness. Ur content has certainly saved my mental health at times while improving my art skills. Thank u from Missouri!

Thank you so much Eric Rhoads for your information about the guest artist Joseph Zbukvic. I am from Ahmedabad Gujarat state INDIA. So today 🎁 I got great pleasure to knowing that Mr Zbukvic is Melbourne Australia and his long journey as an artist he has too much experience in his art carrier that I can see in his studio at first glance, So I have meetings with him before one day ago and this second interview with him his studio tour is very interesting and every collection in his studio said something story of his unforgettable memories. that is also a great pleasure to meet with him. as an artist what is most important role for the artist is to make everything with virtual images by thinking and dropped into the paper work without mistakes at first glance nodout imagination is not true but thought make an important role in the visually appealing and appearing as we can see. so every creation is one type of thought.and that comes into the life by drawing not even now but we can see it from the history what Man has create that is the best example in our vision.so everyday mental exercise make something update and sometimes new things happen, and we can see it from many legend artist. thanks for introducing with Joseph Zbukvic and I am very appreciate with him for his water colour painting experience.

This is a very special and privileged insight that attests to the fact that there is far far more to an artist than just painting. I believe society has an imperative responsibility to identify - celebrate - document and disseminate valuable - culturally rich and historically important artists - their life and their works. Future students of watercolour will view this video with a sincere depth of intrigue and gratitude. Thank you all for producing and Kindly sharing some wonderful moments. Best wishes & Happy painting 🙏

Andre it's called art history it is studied.
@andrelloyd40102 жыл бұрын
@@pakblueman7468 It is firstly and foremost about making every effort in time - place and space to document the living in the now and how they exist in the living ! History clearly shows that far too many artists get recognition far too late and all we are left with are vague fragments of their existence !
@friedricengravy66462 жыл бұрын
I study art history extensively & couldnt agree with u more. So many artists from the past that we would love to have this kind of document from. Technology provides the tools, it takes action for those tools to b used to create the documents studied later in history. Great point, a unique comment. Thank u for sharing ur insight. The best to u & urs.

It is a major honor to have been fortunate enough to have taken a workshop with Jospeh in Vancouver, BC what seems like a millennia ago. It changed my life and my appreciation for the disciplines WC painting "expects" from those who practice its wonders. No one, of the many "famous" artists I have studied under, has proven to me how the "Bead" and ratios of water to pigment is the primer for any serious watercolor artist like Joseph did. In these times, I wish him health and normal freedoms, I know he loves.
