Something tells me that the traitor could either be Shama or Chitti. However, I'm not very sure about Shama because they called Tamannah just for the song and then for a little role in the 'upside-down' world of Sarkata. But, considering that they used her for more than just a song, they can also make her the traitor since she's the closest to Rudra, the omniscient one in the gang, if I may say so. About Chitti, she had no significant role. Still, she's also close to Bittu, another important gang member, and she also has a problem with sleeping, which makes her prone to falling prey to Akshay Kumar's character, if they were to add that angle. My theory is, that it's either Shama or Chitti who helped Akshay Kumar's character in getting the powers of Sarkata since those two were the only familiar faces out of all the girls abducted and kept in the upside down.
