Graffiti is illegal....street art is legal... Pretty simple didnt think we still had to explain this in todays age.... But yes lets go back to the days of blank grey and white walls, all people really have done is added layers of paint which inturn helps preserve the building....on top of that some of these famous artists putting there work legally in places and helped bring up the economy for these areas in significant ways. Last but not least to the people who say love the murals but hate the "scriples"-"tags" well without the chance to learn how to use the mediaum the right way how do you expect them to become mural artists.
