You know, Zangief is my favorite character in Street Fighter. He's always not widely used at tournaments, and he's usually low tier. However, there's not better feeling than to piledrive a shoto for the match. Great remix, makes me think of old times.

He is only low tier because of his lack of combos and speed and easily combo able But if you can master his 360 and 720 grabs and chain it almost all the time he is top tier In my book

Look at a player called Snake Eyes. He uses Zangief at top competitions and has even won tournaments with him. He is maybe the best Zangief player in the world, in Street Fighter 5.
