I love how each win pose, depending on his health, communicates perfectly his mentality. That first one is him being near a KO, so he's super hype that he finally found a good fight. The second one is I believe around 25% to 80% of health. So by saying "sacrifice yourself to the Satsui No Hado", he's essentially saying you're good but you are limiting yourself and could be better. Third one is above 80% health, and it's just plain disrespect. Slices the ground with one hand to show you his true power, tells you to piss off and you ain't worth it, then turns his back to you. You wasted his time. And that final one is a Perfect KO. He smashes the ground out of pure rage and calls you pathetic. Not only did you put up a horrible challenge and wasted his time, you insulted him for even bothering. He's pissed. Such a cool character.

I think its super cool because it isn't disrespect, it's Akuma showing his humanity without breaking character. He wants to find those that are warriors, that will fight to the death... "Death deems you unworthy" is Akuma's way of saying "You aren't taking this seriously enough." Anyone who doesnt take fighting seriously wouldnt want to die in combat, so Akuma is granting that mercy. It's the same reason why Akuma takes your player character on for training after almost smashing his head in, in World Tour. Your player character stares akuma in the face, and is ready to take whatever comes: If your character tried to roll out of the way of the fist, I bet Akuma wouldn't have taken him on for training- because it would mean your character's love of life outweighs their love of combat

In case you didnt know, Akuma and Kenpachi fought in One Minute Melee which is a spinoff of Death Battle. The difference is that no research is done, the battle doesnt always have to end in death and the fight lasts for 1 minute hence the name of the series and Akuma and Kenpachi fought 3 times and Akuma won all 3 rounds.
