Juri is probably the most popular SF character in the last 25+ years. It would be strange if she did not appear in every new game. In addition, she was very lucky with her debut game, SF4 was incredibly good in every aspect. Unsurprisingly, she has overshadowed even more established characters like Cammy or Chun-Li. You can even say that despite the fact that Juri is relatively young (SF 4 is not so new game although, I remind you that the game came out in 2008), she has already entered the classic pantheon of heroes, which is why she is included in the starting pack of characters, along with Ryu, Chun-Li, Ken, Dalsim and so on, characters much older than her. By the way, I agree about Viper and I hope she will return in SF6. She had a very cool set of moves and she looks cool.

I definitely like this more than the IV theme. How I look at it is this: Each theme she has is representative of her stages in life. In IV she was out for revenge, a psychotic rampage almost to destroy who hurt her as a child. In V, she was an antihero almost, basically doing her own thing with her own sense of justice, but she also lost her strength from IV since her original Feng Shui engine was destroyed, so she still has that sense of craziness, but it's tamed slightly because she already had her revenge, and she isn't as strong as she used to be. Idk how she is gonna be in this story, but this theme sounds like she's still doing her own thing, her sense of justice is still quite deranged, but she has found new strength in her new Feng Shui Engine, so she can be scary without her old ambitions.

And with just how great the theme is, it makes me want to main Ryu so I can hear it all the time during matches. bruh this is much better than her theme in both four and five. and also, the kiss at the end proves that she doesn't crush everyone. it's a good representation of her mindset in six which is if someone is fun enough and is interesting, she'll keep them around and cares about them. which is a long way from where she started in four, not caring about anyone.
