Question, how you did you make Andore appear? Because I have 27/28, I beat ShenLong too and Roxy...but score 27/28... So in my radar the final fight don't appear until Andore or who appears.... Pleasee help me

You 're probably missing Andore Jr. III. He 's at the parking station in Metro City. I remember you had to go at night time first then switch to day time, talk to the officer inside the parking and then switch to night time again. It's a long time since I did the fighty mighty mission so maybe I don't remember something exactly.

He and Andore appear after you beat the other 28 first. Make sure you go after him at nightime.
