X-Adon executes his Jaguar Kick by just pressing LK, MK or HK whilst in the air. It does not do chip damage like all other specials, but alters the arc of his jump while performing the Jaguar Kick. The hitbox/hurtbox is the same for each strength K, and the frame data is as follows:

As the damage/stun differences are only 1-2 points/pixels, the HK is the more useful weapon considering the additional 5-6 frames of start-up is a minor cost to attain 4-5 additional active frames (effectively double). The HK Jaguar Kick can be used very effectively as a meaty and to perform 'instant' jumping attacks without having to perform an entire jump.
As X-ism has no air block, it can be dangerous to abuse the Jaguar Kick, but it is equally important to learn all the various applications of using it as a mix-up to confuse the opponent with different jump arcs and bait anti-airs. Some possible uses:
Neutral jump and instantly HK for a meaty overhead.
Forward jump from far and instantly HK as a long-range jump in attack.
Forward jump from various distances and HK late to pass over opponent.
HK/LK on air-recovery to change your 'fall' and potentially hit your opponent out of their attempted air-recovery punish.
