Street Fighter Alpha 3, known as Street Fighter Zero 3 in Japan and Asia, is a 1998 fighting game by Capcom originally released for the CPS II arcade hardware. It is the third game in the Street Fighter Alpha series, following Street Fighter Alpha: Warriors' Dreams in 1995 and Street Fighter Alpha 2 in 1996, although it was released after the Street Fighter III series had already started (between 2nd Impact and 3rd Strike). The gameplay system from the previous Alpha games was given a complete overhaul with the addition of three selectable fighting styles based on Street Fighter Alpha (A-ism;called Z-ism in Japan), Street Fighter Alpha 2 (V-ism), and Super Street Fighter II Turbo (X-ism), new stages, a much larger roster of characters, and new theme music for all the returning characters.

@Aunchient Pistol Playing it on a PS Classic with Autobleem partially cuts off the right side of the screen I've noticed. Very annoying.

The PlayStation 1’s graphics chip is a 2D graphics chip. All of the 3D in a PlayStation 1 is calculated solely in the CPU and then converted into 2D graphics before being sent to the graphics chip. Since the graphics chip cannot take depth data that a true 3D graphics chip can take, texture maps drawn on triangles are distorted when viewed at off angles since properly drawing texture mapped triangles requires depth data. The PlayStation can properly texture map quadrilaterals sent as quadrilaterals since that fourth corner provides data that can substitute for the missing depth data. The PlayStation’s 2D graphics abilities are limited mostly by the poor amount of RAM built into the system.

PSX and Dreamcast are the only ports of SFA3 here in the US the Sega Saturn Japan only in 1998 anyway 2002 GBA as SFA3 Upper and 2005 as Max PSP 2006 SFAA 2006 PS2 and 2017 SF30th Anniversary PS4 and Nintendo Switch and XBox One

Yeah, Amy always makes tas videos. you can tell when a tas is happening when everything is being done perfectly at all times and when you see weird things happening like hits making contact when they shouldn't and combos being done that can't be done normally.
