I remember every time I had a fight on Guile's stage in this game, I'd try to draw out the match for as long as possible just so the battle could continue during that final epic guitar solo! lol The pounding synths, and thunderous bass playing is amazing on this one, and the jazzy breakdown is just sublime. And that climactic guitar solo is a real goosebumps inducing moment! xD The original EX Plus Alpha themes were awesome, as they sounded like actual, fully rounded, musical pieces, instead of short, repetitive themes on a loop, which was the norm in beat em ups up until then. Shame this series instalment has very little chance of re-appearing due to Arika owning the rights, rather than Capcom. :(
@SaviourV10 жыл бұрын
How many of those fights did you win? That guitar solo is indeed quite inspiring.
@Angelic_Storm10 жыл бұрын
SaviourV Oh, at least 90% of them, probably more. lol That solo has such a galvanising effect, it's impossible not to be pumped up by it! The entire theme is just incredible though, and probably the best one in the game, which is no mean feat, considering how amazing the rest of the soundtrack is. The contrast between the smooth jazz, and the intense bombastic rock is a strange, but great combination, and makes this theme quite unique. :)
@SaviourV10 жыл бұрын
***** You exaggerate much. ^_^;; But I suppose that's to be expected. That guitar solo is most certainly a morale-booster. And I do believe you used it to maximum effect in your battles. Commendable indeed. Did Garuda / Vega (Bison) / Gouki / Skullo / Kairi (from SFEX2+) give you any trouble?

Es la mejor canción de Guille. No sé puede negar . Calidad, estructura, sonidos, nivel. Todo.

Man, this song says so much about Guile, he is so strong and explosive I'm gonna cry. Music is too intense for me.

Yeah, remember that one time a fighting game theme had TWO guitar solos? I miss the Ex series so much.

Whoa, this is the first time I am hearing this (on a jazz video game music playlist) and towards the end while caught my ears' attention. It seems like Guile and Ken usually have the best Street Fighter music. Liked and Favorited.

My older sister always like this theme, but I hardly remembered it. Well dang, now I can see why she liked it so much. Maybe this is Guile's theme after hours.

Wow, that was just amazing. I have EX3 for PS2 but I rarely play it. I just got it for as a novelty game. Love how that song just makes a complete 180 after the jazzy intro and just finishes with a monster guitar solo. I wish Capcom would reuse this tune in a future SF game.

Much better than a lot of band sticking around...and these artists aren't even famous at least as much as the first ones. This videogame has an amazing soundtrack; every time a listen to that it catapults me in another dimension.
