There are few men tougher than Richy Horsley. Boxer, street fighter and bouncer. Crazy Horse, as he is better known, is part of the underbelly of the hardman scene. So tough is he, that he has even accepted a challenge from Britain's most dangerous prisoner, Charles Bronson, to be his first boxing opponent upon Bronson's eventual release from prison. As a young man, he channelled his rage into boxing and he became one of the toughest fighters in the land. Yet this man has much more to offer than just his fighting credentials. Having shunned his life of bar-room brawling, drinking and drugs, Richy now devotes his time to being a father and being committed to a boys' club that takes kids off the streets and encourages them into the ring.

I really enjoyed this interview, I worked with Richy a few years back, I never new of his side of his life! Once we got talking I was blown away by his story's, infact I would say his story's made those shifts interesting! Top man! It would make a great film!

Brilliant interview, the bit at the end about getting a message from his dad was interesting , I've been going to see mediums for last couple of years and ive had messages which have been spot on . I've been going through a tough time lately with depression with marraige break up etc and its true when your on the bottom the only way is up so have been going to spiritualists to try and get some answers . . All credit to Richy for turning his back on the violence and mellowing out as he heads into his latter years .
