He is mostly punish game and lacks most neutral other than his bread and butter downtilts to special inputs. his super armor also has invincibility frame 3 instead of 1 like in 4, so he cant just beat out everything anymore. hes still great and i still love playing, but definitely not top tier like in 4. (a ryu and terry main tournament player)

@@Shaggy87781 I didn't say top tier, but he is High Tier at minimun. He has some great frame data, plenty of kill confirms at around 90%, unblockable setups, and really good proyectile that deals 15%. The only bad things about him are his speed and lack of some combos. (Also having invincibility frame 3 is still great, is basically G&Ws Up B)
