You also notice that he is also a playable character in The sega saturn Sega Dreamcast Game Boy Advance and PSP versions of the game

Wait....NAOMI emulation? Since when? I don't remember seeing a ROM for SFA3 for NOAMI, or not aware of one unless this is from the direct console or something. But anyway, this is pretty much the accurate version of Shin M.Bison. :) On the Alpha Anthology on PS2, Shin M.Bison is playable, but the status/power bars are CPS2 graphics instead of whats shown in the video and PSX/PS1 version. On handheld systems like GBA Double Upper, and PSP SFA3 MAX, I believe Shin M.Bison functions pretty much the same too. :) I like how M.Bison's fierce punch flames flashes blue in some versions of this game, while in the arcade versions, his fierce punch flames flashes normal white Purple/Pink.

I think in the console ports, at least, in the psp version, Final M.Bison IS a separate character from normal M.Bison...

DarkRoninNB You can use the NAOMI emulator, a modded NullDC, or the latest build of DEMUL. I give you this order from smooth gameplay to refined graphics. The two first ones needs their own exe, because the Secret Chars are stored in the NVRAM.
