西成のお好み焼き屋さん。 マヨネーズとソースを刷毛でぐるぐるっと塗るのが、昔ながらで好き。 マヨネーズ飛ばして、線書くみたいにする店が多いけど、ソースもマヨネーズもたっぷりぐるぐるっと塗ってくれるのがいいなぁ。

The standards of cleanliness and freshness in the food preperations and cooking in these Japanese restaurants is second to none . You will never see this standard in the UK where Pakistani perporting to be Indian takeaways and restaurants are active serving sub standard meats and vegatables. We need more of this in the UK.
