Day 4 was the loveliest day! I didn't imagine loving Kanazawa City this much! The street food we had in the morning was DELICIOUS, going to Higashi Chaya was a dream, having the Amazake Kakigori and the Gold Leaf Soft Serve Ice Cream were delightful, cycling around the city was wonderful and exciting, Kenroku-En was SPECTACULAR, and the seafood dinner was fabulous! It was a magnificent day and I hope you guys enjoy it too!

Yes!! You’re absolutely right! I really enjoyed Kanazawa! We didn’t take much of the buses but there’s a special Kanazawa bus that goes through all of the major site seeing spots! Pretty cool! Also, Ishikawa has so many places to visit. 12/10 would recommend!

The hotate was delicious! We normally don’t eat it but I had to try it and I was so pleased! Haha Japanese food is the best, isn’t it?? 🤤 Kanazawa City is spectacular! Ishikawa is definitely one of the prefectures I would love to visit again and explore more! I highly recommend it!

Yes! There are more licensed chefs who can handle them now! :) sadly, I’m not a big fan of the taste. I heard the sashimi version is the best so I’ll have to try that in the future haha have your tried pufferfish? :)

Unfortunately i haven't tried it yet... Probably in the future once i visit Japan. 😂. That is good to know pufferfish licensed chiefs are no longer rare unlike before.

They are still rare BUT there’s more! Haha I heard it’s super difficult to get a license so it’s good more and more are becoming braver to get it!

Konnichiwa! That garden looked so beautiful. The food, as usual, looked fabulous and as is often the case after watching one of your videos I am now feeling hungry! That ice cream cone looked so decadent with its golden coat. I too love seafood including shellfish.

Konnichiwa, Quaker! ☺️ yes, Kenroku-En is a must go to place. The videos I took do not do it any justice! I was also able to take a video of the oldest fountain in Japan but I lost the footage. 😞 I highly recommend going to that garden! The ice cream was so luxurious! Haha I felt so fancy while eating it! Yeyyy you love seafood! Kanazawa or Hakodate in Hokkaido would be the perfect places to go to! 🤩

Yeyyyy! I love crab too! 😻 For crab and uni I recommend going to Hakodate in Hokkaido(Northern Japan)! I heard they have the best seafood! Haha
