This guy has his own way of cooking which is very healthy. He didnt use turnip which causes uric acid to build up in the joints. Yams are much better for you than rice. One of the healthiest places you have visited.

I would love to know why do they chop up the chicken is that a culture thing? And does all the chicken season hot and if you can buy it csuse it is way to hot for me. I've cruise to Ocho Rios before and loved every second of it. We are cruising there again in August and we can't wait. Keep cooking

Content is good .....however, you keep saying "it's a vibe " makes the video less appealing to watch . Use commentary that is going to describe the food , place , your culture ! "It's a vibe" is to redundant and it has deterred me from watching the video .

Omg, this chef needs to get a whole gallon of laundry detergent and spend a day washing down that kitchen in side and out side, the laundry detergent will cut the grease, can’t he sees that the kitchen is very DIRTY?

That is Jamaican curry chicken. It's way we been eating Curry Chicken since forever. It's with Tumeric added into the curry power as one of the spices or can add the turmeric separately when seasoning up the meat. These recent talks about curry shouldn't have dis and shouldn't have dat nonsense only started withing the last 10 years. DATs the way Jamaicans make curry chicken and we should go back to that roots. To hell with the foolish green looking Curry Chicken and Curry Goat. Tumeric is good for the body and it's natural food coloring. It's also makes the curry dishes more enticing.
