sobrang tamis ng Piyaya lessen sana nila ang sugar.

Yun ang tamis na hanap ng karamihan eh. Ang ginagawa ko na lang kapartner ng black coffee.

May mga thin na piaya kung di mo gusto ng masyadong matamis. Medyo maliit siya like 50-60% ng regular size. Pero mas gusto ng marami yung matamis na matamis. So kapag pumunta ka ng Bacolod , dapat alam mo yung klaseng piaya na bibilhin mo. Kasi kapag ni lessen nila yung sugar at marami ang flour sa regular size niya is hindi na masarap kasi parang tinapay na talaga siya at magiging matigas because of the flour.

At saka yung mga mali ng mga tourist e di nila tinitikman ang bagong luto na piaya 😅 . Kapag local ka usually kapag meron pa bagong luto yun ang binibili, yun kung di pa ubos.
