The Raj Kachori was as amazing as it looked. There is an Indian restaurant by the Tim Hortons in Little America (Rte90&McGillvary) tha make a pretty good Raj Kachori. Worth making the trip for.

I actually keep watching because of your focus on slice of life in India it reminds me of my time there. But it seems a few things have changed. There wasn't many hostels anywhere, I wished I could have stayed in hostels and meet more people. I'd like to see some video about hostel life in the various cities. I know might not be able to, because of taking video inside and privacy concerns. I mostly want to know do they end up as good as they are presented on the various websites. (I checked some out)

Ha! They definitely don't match the photos. The hostel I'm at in Jaipur is the nicest hostel I've been to (Jaipur Jantar Hostel), both almost all of them aren't as advertised. I'll probably do an in depth travel tips vid, I'll definitely go over how to choose hostels and maybe even what some of them are actually like.

Best street food in India. So far😂 Go to Punjab, brave adventurer and seek out Pehlwan Kulcha Shop in the backstreets of Amritsar. If you’ve not had the pleasure it’ll be one of the greatest things you’ve ever tasted.

It was an amazing aloo tikki!!! If I had been honest, I would have made the thumbnail saying "best aloo tikki", unfortunately, most people in the west don't know what that is and would never click on it. I take responsibility for my actions. Having said that, I have been to Punjab and will be going back. There is some amazing food there. But as good as the food is there, the thing I most look forward to is the kulfi in Punjab. It may simple, but I have never found one as good as in Punjab.
